My overall experience was great and I only dock one star for the lack of soundproofing between rooms. I don't need a dimly lit cavern with meditation music (in fact, I was more comfortable at Heyday than my one previous facial experience which was in a more traditional, staged-feeling setting), but I didn't enjoy just how much of the other patron's conversations I could hear.
