The two of us along with another…read morefamily of three adults entered the shop at ~7:55PM and found the floors had been mopped, yet the door was unlocked and the window sign was still lit. The paper sign on the door said the shop closed at 9:00PM. A young worker walked to the back shortly after we entered. We were talking while walking carefully toward the yogurt machines. When we reached the yogurt toppings we saw that they had been wrapped and covered. The worker reappeared and we asked if the shop was closed. Her curt response was, "I told you that five minutes ago." Of course, none of the five adults now standing in the shop had heard her say that. She then unplugged the window sign and walked away. The whole experience made us question the purpose of having a business if you are not receptive to customers' needs (i.e. closing a yogurt shop before 8:00PM on a Saturday night in June), not interested in commerce (well over $50 in potential sales were lost), and not providing decent customer service? We have previously enjoyed all our visits to Yogurt Mountain, but needless to say, after tonight's visit we will no longer be returning.

The one person working was already helping somebody and let us know he'd be with us in a minute. Once it was our turn, not only did he not rush us because it was now past closing time, he actually made recommendation based on how he liked to have his shake when he makes them for himself. At no point did he ask us to excuse him so he could go lock the door and prevent other people from coming in ..... instead another person came in and he took the same friendly stance as he did with us, letting the new customer know he'd be with him in a minute. Nice selection of ice cream, plus they have a pretty good supply of additional toppings, not quite as many as you will find at the yogurt ice cream places that weigh by the ounce, but enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Prices were equivalent to any other ice cream places we've been to in the past. Huge benefit (well maybe, I guess it could be bad too) - they are in a really convenient spot .... maybe not the best thing, but all in all, really good and highly recommend!
