I am frequently awed by her extraordinary intelligence and ability to explain various concepts and techniques in concrete, easy-to-understand terms. She employs different modalities such as visualizations, catch phrases, or simple concrete directions about how to breathe, move my mouth, place my tongue, and adjust my posture to aid in my learning, which I find very effective. She is incredibly articulate, and I can tell she is able to readily adapt her explanations and approaches to the student's individual learning style and stage of learning. Indeed, she is never at a loss for words that effectively convey whatever she intends to communicate to the student. Moreover, Sophia is kind, patient, charming, and dynamic.
