The meat was hard and I had to eat it very slow and thoroughly to make sure it would not lead me to get constipation. This is currently the Northernmost location of WaWa in Palm Beach County (the next one North is in Port Salerno), thus when going on a road trip that goes North, this is where I stop to grab gas + coffee for the driver + a road trip meal (if I neglected to feed my family while trying to pack and get out of the house...). Luckily, I can order the food on my app as soon as I get in the car in Lake Worth, and my food will be ready by the time I get to Blue Heron. My husband can pump the gas while go in and pay for the food and pick it up (and buy other things I forgot to order, fill fountain drinks, etc). They have those wildly customizable soda machines, plus icees, plus the wonderful coffee bar of a million options, plus fresh juices plus all the normal bottled items. Way too many drink options! Now, this location is not far from 95, but a tad bit farther from the highway than the location on 45th street, so I only go here on my way out of town, as it is the end of the road for the road-trip unprepared like me. Pick up order was made but sitting behind the counter when I arrived. The woman mopping and the guy standing right next to it doing nothing refused to give it to me. I had to go to the pickup area where I had to tell the lady at the counter the same thing. She went all the way back to where they made it and said "sorry, they have a system." My experience at this Wawa was to say the least, an absolute sh*t show. The cooks are extremely rude, mess up orders to a point of extreme outrage. I mean listen how do you mess up a bagel? No honestly and truly how in the actual HECK do you mess up a bagel that's just unheard of, toasted bagel with cream cheese that's all I wanted. Instead I receive a cold ass bagel with a drop of cream cheese and that's not me exaggerating at all. It has a lot of food options. Got a sandwich, a quesadilla, and a burrito. Each one comes with a meat, and veggies (even though veggies might not be listed on the description), and then there are up charges for avocado, or grilled onion, or bacon that can be added to anything. Have to buy a drink cup first, and then take it over to the drink machine. Cups are not out to be able to grab it, fill it, then pay. Ordering food is weird because you have to do it on a touch screen or the app, and it's weird to find things. Food was ready fast after ordering. It was about a 10 minute wait after ordering. WaWa seemed busy at the time. I got drink refills and no one said anything. There was no sign up to tell me if that's allowed or not. Burrito: It is runny, so messy to eat. Gotta hold it with a napkin and not good for kids. The rice in it is yellow queso sauce mixed with rice. Quesadilla: It is super runny and drips cheese grease and grilled veggie juices. Not good for kids. Sandwich: So many veggie options to add with no up charge. This was the best value. Not runny and no dripping, so good with kids. (I got fried chicken sandwich, and I assume some options, like meatballs might be messy.) Outdoor dining has shade, but it's windy, so bring a paperweight for your napkins. Bathrooms were fine. The women's has 2 stalls, which seems small, and actually I was told that WaWa would be a big place but this one is pretty small. Use WaWa app regularly at Okeechobee location to buy gas. Tried to buy gas at this new location using app for promised gas discount. Got error code 4 times. Finally just inserted my debit card and it worked. Told manager, he said I should call the WaWa app creator. Emailed WaWa with full explanation (I had to use my card). They said the error code meant I had insufficient funds. Manager Rebecca is extremely rude. She's been rude to me on more than one occasion. The last time I got gas at this location, I put my card in the card reader and pumped $37 worth of gas. But this gas station charged me $175 for my gas. I had to call my credit card company and let them know. This Wawa is just Shady. They need to get rid of that nasty manager. Another time, I got an email from Wawa giving me $20 off a carton of cigarettes. She absolutely refused to honor it. Said there is no such email and no such promotion. So happy to see a Wawa here in in WPB! Its clean, good sandwiches. For the grand opening they are giving free coffee any size for the first 10 days. This chain is well known and keeps a crowd. I'm happy this location is not far off the highway and i can still stop in to and from work. You can enter from Gardens road or off Blue Heron blvd. Of course yesterday was packed and lines were long due to the grand opening was Thursday. Will be back to visit next week for a fill up! Its been a long time since ive had one. I took a look at the coffee station, clean counter, the creamers are all stocked and well chilled, the pots are full. The norm. Now over to the cold coffee spot. Its on the other side near the soda dispenser. I grab a cup, i think its the correct cup, little bit of ice, now to the nectar, errr coffee. The first spout dribbled. Thats not right, i slide left, to the next spout, full flow, sweet. A sip, more ice, another sip, fill er up. Now a lid? Here lid, where lid, no lid. A straw? I just had someone's Uber eats order delivered to me and I tried to call this Wawa and find out whose it was. First they never asked why I was calling; just said they were busy and to hold. After 20 minutes, I hung up and called again This time had rude condescending lady tell me they don't deal with Uber eats and I needed to call them about it (who had told me to call restaurant). So the things you do for your kids, grandkids. Lol I drove out of my way for Wawas. I was like does wawas have like a following of people. Dont people get married at Wawas? I dont understand. At first I was not impressed it's a gas station and convenient store. I filled up and went inside. We ordered a pork quesadilla with black beans and rice. While waiting I decided to make a coffee. I love my coffee and this was the start of my understanding the love for Wawas. Yes it started with the coffee. They have fresh coffee and every kind of cream, milk, sugar etc you could want. It was wonderful. Next was the pork quesadilla. Wow I don't think I have ever had a quesadilla like this. The pork was so moist and tender. I should have ordered 2. The black beans and rice tasted good but they need to add a little of liquid from the beans. The employees at this location were amazing the all were smiling and just acted like they were happy to be there. Ok I must say I think I draw my line at the whole marriage thing at wawas. Maybe? Also I love the fact they don't charge you for air. I needed air in 2 of my tires and remembered Wawa doesn't charge for air. That's a win win!!! read more

This is the 2nd Wawa location I've been to and it's nothing like the location across from Palm Beach State in Lake Worth. The staff is more interested in their own conversations then expediting food, one of our ice drinks came out hot (we were told the ice melted), and the food wasn't hot at all. When I went back in for napkins the were out and instead of handing me some the guy made me wait til he refilled the dispenser. Bad customer service here. read more

I have been to Wawa multiple times now for a variety of different things. I notice their gas prices are extremely competitive and when I fill up with their gas, I notice I'm not having to fill as much. They definitely use good quality gas. They have a wide variety of different things to eat and snacks. Now, I tend to cower away from gas station food but this isn't your typical gas station by any means. The food is definitely decent quality. I would compare it to like a Subway or maybe even a little better depending on what you get. Prices for food are very good for the quality you get. They have everything from wraps, salads, subs, paninis, sandwiches, soups, smoothies, and shakes and more. I've tried all different things there and can't say I have one complaint about the food. The price you pay is very reasonable for what you get. Good lunch spot to hit. My favorite thing is their chicken salad club. If you go in the mornings, they are constantly pumping out fresh coffee. Their coffee is awesome with a wide variety of flavors and flavored cream to add. They even have soy milk. Even when it comes to coffee and the food, they definitely give you healthy options to choose from which I like. Every time I have gone, I notice the staff is always friendly to me. They've finally added a Wawa in Riviera Beach! I stopped by to fuel up my car and clean the windshield after a long ride. The station was popular and new. As always, the prices of the gas were lower than other stations along Blue Heron. Compared to Murphy's, close by, Wawa was a couple of cents more. The quality of Wawa was oddly wavering, though. What I mean by that is that the gas pumps I used didn't pump or had low pressure and the wiper blade on the windshield cleaner was ineffective. My windshield was still blotchy. Hopefully these issues will be fixed. I would still recommend this gas station if your in Riviera Beach or traveling along I-95. read more

The cashier did something sketchy when he was paying with a credit card which led to him apparently not paying for his own meal. After waiting for the order to be complete he grabs his food and walks out the door, after he leaves a lady making the food yells for him saying he didn't pay for his food which we did not know. A customer goes outside and starts yelling at my friend calling him the white devil and that all white people are thieves. He came back into the store to settle the dispute and she continues to yell at him and the staff was agreeing with her! After all the fuss I heard about Wawa, including from an article in the Palm Beach Post, I wasn't sure what it would be like. Then today I had an oil change a block away at West Palm Nissan, and I heard the service guy mention it. He raved to me about the soup and sandwiches, so I knew the time had come to try it. It's clean and bright, and I like the layout. I went in to order lunch, and it's kind of fun to pick your order and customize it from the kiosk. Quite an assortment too. I had a roast beef Panini, and my friend had an Italian sub. While he stated his sub wasn't as good as Publix, I was very pleased with my toasted pressed sandwich, including a very good horseradish sauce. I made sure to walk around while waiting and noticed the to-go fruit packages looked fresh, and there all kinds of other appealing snacks. I had a frozen coke (a Slurpee only by another name) and the order took about 10 minutes. The 2 staff members I spoke with were friendly. I've come here two times. Loved it the first time so came back again. My first time I ordered the chipotle chicken Philly cheesesteak. It was so yummy. I got a 10 inch on wheat. The sand which roles are not that thick (the 10 inch sand which here is t as filling as the bread at jimmy johns or subway). So if you're pretty hungry a 10 inch is good. I personally would say a 5/6 inch would not fill me up as much. Now back to how good my sandwich was. It was toasted to perfection and the cheese was melted perfectly (not too much, which most places do), and the shredded chicken was so moist. I ordered the same sandwich both times I was here. My first time here I also ordered the buffalo mac and cheese (clearly not can't about calories). It was worth every bite. They give you so much for what you pay (much appreciated). I would order this again as well. Their chai tea latte is super good for being a gas station coffee I was pretty impressed. It's not a Starbucks but it's really good for how cheap it is. My last time I went I filled out an online survey and got a free large drink so I got the pumpkin spice black coffee and t was good!!! I will for sure be going back to this place.
