I have been dealing with a chronic issue that continues to worsen, and she always takes me seriously and does not brush me off, which I genuinely appreciate. I have been in her office in tears, ready to give up and she can always reassure me and bring me back to earth. She never hesitates to make a referral to a specialist, which means a lot. I have been to some primaries who try to know everything and they tend to have you going in circles for a while. I also appreciate that if I mention wanting a specific test done, she doesn't get upset and is more than willing to help me get it done. I was referred to Dr. Lalani by my insurance company. I moved from another state so I was hesitant and worried about finding a good doctor for my son and I. I first called to make sure they were accepting new patients and to see when their next new patient appointment was. The person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding of how and why I needed an appointment as soon as possible and was able to get me in within a few days which I was very grateful for, especially since other offices didn't have anything for weeks out. In the plaza that they're located in has plenty of parking. Spacious, clean waiting area and restroom. You are able to check in from your car online or you can walk in and sign in. The front desk coordinator was friendly and helpful upon checking in and checking out. I was taken in at my appointment time and barely waited. Dr. Lalani's bed side manner was friendly yet professional and informative. The nurses were also very great, answered all my questions before seeing the doctor. On March 7, 2026, I experienced vomiting, severe chest pain, and urinary issues characterized by a strong ammonia odor. A neighbor transported me to a hospital in a neighboring county. It was subsequently diagnosed that I had been suffering from a severe urinary tract infection for approximately one month. The sole positive aspect of Dr. Walsh is his willingness to prescribe controlled substances when necessary for pain and anxiety. I decided to terminate my association with him as my healthcare provider and am grateful that I discontinued the controlled medication he had prescribed for several months. I regard him as an incompetent, uncaring physician. No thank you.

Koser rushed me to see a urologist to remove an abscess when a general surgeon would at least have stitched up the incision. After four days in a Bradenton hospital, infections, pain and suffering a real surgeon cleaned up the open for six months incision stitched it up during a four outpatient visit to Manatee Memorial Hospital. He's done a hernia surgery also very successfully. It's very hard to find good, honest professionals in Florida
