Dr. Raphael Kulawik is nothing short of amazing when it comes to a Primary Doctor. Not your 15 min Doctor! My mother and her husband saw him over a 9yr period. Myself roughly 3yrs. He takes time w/ patients, helpful w/ all aspects of your concerns. Does research and visibly shows you on computer items you can purchase over the counter. I honestly can't say enough about his exceptional care. Have never had issues w/ Staff. Highly recommended! read more

The quality of care with this doctor and practice is outstanding. We have used them for nine years now.

They care more about listening to the insurance company than the patient. Went in for my second well visit in a row only for them to find a reason to call it a sick visit and tell me to come back another time for my well visit. When the appointment was made and when I first sat down with the nurse I was very clear that I didn't want anything to happen like last time where something is said or done that turns this in to a sick visit. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. Update....Just saw a new doctor today. She was able to pull up blood work I had done while at EFP and looked at it and asked what plan we had come up with since the blood work was done 5 months ago. I told her no plan was made. No one even contacted me from EFP. New doc said there were numerous things my PC should have discussed with me immediately. read more

I been going here for 5 years. Dr Hervig is professional and caring. He is also a Veteran. Easy to talk to. He takes great care of my medical issues. It's never a fight if I request a certain medication. They usually will get me in if I am sick. Stephanie is a fantastic PA. I feel extremely comfortable going to her about female issues she is knowledgeable, professional and caring. She doesn't rush me whenI have lots of questions. read more

This practice was recommended to me by family! I am so glad I went there. The staff is friendly, warm and caring wIthout the usual office hub nub and wait times. The doctor was very nice and took all the time that was needed. The issue I had was cleared up without any problems. It is so nice not to be rushed out. You are made to feel like a real person instead of a number. My husband also has gone to them as they are open on Saturday's which is a plus.
