The company then tried to gaslight me that this was their most popular entertainer when he was so awful, I had legitimately feared that he was an imposter and that the real performer had called in sick. The company also blamed my dissatisfaction on me saying that we did play games as promised without acknowledging that it took me and my adult sisters to run the show to cover for this performer's inadequacy. I wasn't going to leave a bad review because I had assumed that the company would take responsibility for their egregious deficit. Due to an error on my part, literally at 11PM the night before the party, I needed to select an earlier time for Rapunzel to arrive. Customer service was extremely accommodating and I'm so grateful! At the party Rapunzel was AMAZING. She looked exactly like the character and the girls were totally enamored by how awesome she was. She was also able to herd up the girls for the cake part- not an easy feat with 30 5 year olds running around. There's an incredible amount that is included in the package- even your child's own coronation ceremony! The tiara is also very nice, I was somewhat expecting a little party city crown, but it was a gorgeous tiara. We originally went with A Charmed Affair for the price as well.
