They ha e lots of perks that make add value to your new pet adoption, such free initial pet food, coupons (significant diacounts), as well as very reasonable pet insurance. Thank you for helping my wife and I through this process.

Don't be like me and ignore the bad reviews on this place. Adopting here is basically rolling a…read moredice on whether or not you will receive a healthy animal. There's no way of knowing because they won't tell you. I came to adopt a cat and I was very thorough about asking about her medical history. I knew she would need future vet care for a wound she had on her face and I was willing to take care of that. However, I wanted to be sure that that was the extent of her health needs. We went over everything and I specifically asked about if she had been dewormed and given flea treatment, they confirmed she had and I was also told she was using the bathroom normally. The next day after adopting I find she has LIVE tapeworms. According to her paperwork, she was given dewormer on 5/09, I adopted her on 5/30. If she was actually properly treated and checked for worms and the fleas that likely caused them, they would have noticed that the first treatment didn't work evident by the worms still showing up in her stool after 3 full weeks. I had a bad feeling something like this would happen because the day I went there to ask about and visit her, I overheard an argument in the lobby between a woman and a staff member over her newly adopted dog also having worms, and the staff lady saying it was her responsibility, not the shelter's. She was there to surrender the dog. TWO days later when I go back to the shelter to finally adopt my cat, I see this same dog that was being surrendered because of the worms, being adopted by another family. I'm sure they weren't informed of the infestation either. Similarly to the woman in the lobby, I was offered little to no support upon informing them that my cat has worms which I was told she had been treated for. I agree that owners are and should be responsible for their pets upon adoption. But first, it is the shelter's responsibility and should be their duty to not only inform adopters of the animals FULL list of health problems, but to also make sure that these "treatments" work before sending them off. I imagine it's easy to get away with doing this because the last thing people would want is to return a pet they made a connection with. Most people would rather fork over possibly hundreds of dollars at the vet treating a problem that should've been fixed or at the very least, made clear pre-adoption. We will now have to pay almost $100 just for a stool SAMPLE that the $250 of "coverage" they offer doesn't actually cover. Who knows what other expenses will have to come out of our own pocket due to this shelters negligence. The little cherry on top of all of this was that they also gave me a wrong microchip ID. The first microchip they put in my cat had somehow fallen out so they gave her a new one. The Homeagain card and tag they sent me home with had the ID number of the previous, inactive microchip. So after making the many calls to get this worm situation sorted, I had to call Homeagain to reset the entire profile I made for her which was lovely. Please, take better care of these poor animals. They don't deserve to be sick and stuck in a box, left there to physically suffer from your carelessness while you wait for someone else to take the problem off your hands. They don't deserve being returned to a shelter after having the hope of a new home. But that's the position you put people in when you give zero transparency and support to adopters.

We had used a local servpro 10 years ago in Norwalk (CA) and I knew the company. What I didn't have last time was Adrian at ServPro Glendora. Adrian the project manager and his team showed up within 45 minutes of my call. They went straight to work to do everything possible to save my floors. Adrian worked tirelessly, side by side with our insurance companies, and remained in constant contact with me to make sure I knew what was happening and next steps. Having Adrian as my ServePro project manager ensured that my disaster was manageable. Thank you Adrian, we would have been lost without you.

When it was brought to their attention, without concern, or requesting to see the photos we have, the owner deflected, immediately blaming us and the other trades who didn't create any debris, and he claimed we waited too long to report it (2 months), even though it was still a closed off construction zone that we didn't access, awaiting materials. Total disregard and disrespect to the condition of our home.

The toddler really loved the sandbox area, the train area, the painting area, and especially the market which it has a Trader Joe's one. Everything was fairly clean and it was a good time. We went on a WEEKDAY at opening and the place was already overcrowded. I counted at least 3 different schools occupying the area at the same time. Areas then become packed and our kids become overstimulated. Similar to a playground (which I understand it still is), it becomes a place of chaos, rather than imaginative conducive play. Certain sections also look a bit run down as well. Front parking was PACKED even at opening. I think there is more parking in the back, but that should be a sign of how crowded this place is and gets. PRICING is $22 PER PERSON (except for infants under 12 months). Yes, this includes adults. So it can get PRICY! Overall, it's more of a one and done for us. Unless they add new play areas/shops and maybe a discounted day? Otherwise, not really worth the hassle. 3 stars because at the end of the day, it's still an OK place to go to.

Workers seem to be besties with the family so that makes sense as to why it's easier for them to lie and manipulate you and there is no consequences. To start off I did not know who The Labelle Foundation was a week ago! Some lady on Nextdoor was suppose to help me foster another dog on there but instead she asks me if I want to foster her dog because her husband is coming back from vacation and he isn't happy that she got a foster dog. Of course I say yes but did not ask through what foundation and how they handled things. She just tells me to go on their IG and apply to foster, so I do that and within 4 hours a coordinator named BELLA NAVARRO tells me if I can start fostering. I let her know a lady that has Fynn will be dropping him off and she just said to let her know when I have him. Once I let her know all she said was "YAY" I got ZERO INFO on him & had to scroll on their IG to find information on him. I did ask her how many months he was and she said 8 when they had just made a post in March saying he was 3 months. You can tell how much they care. Mind you this all happened so fast and I only had him for 3 days. In those 3 days he did not want to eat and so I was CONCERNED and MENTIONED my concern. All the pup needed was some wet food! But what does Bella say "He has been eating this for months,he just being picky LOL" and THATS IT. So what do I do? I start giving him some chicken and chicken feet because they don't try and give me something else for him! BELLA ends up saying "well of course if all he eats is treats he isn't going to want food." When the reason he started eating treats was because she just LOL about him not eating instead of giving me food that he actually wants! Dogs / puppies get bored of the same food! Especially if you live in a household that has cat food and fresh food he is going to reject his nasty kibble! The audacity ISABELLA had to blame me on the reason why he isn't eating instead of solving the issue. I end up voicing my opinion and they get bothered at the fact that I posted my concerns about them online. Also his previous foster idk what connections she has with them but kept bugging me to take my post down because it was "slander" and she did not need the "stress." MAM no one cares about your stress, how are you not concerned and supporting them, you are just like them. If I was to read someone posting stuff like this ( which I did on here till after ) I will not support a foundation that cares more about profiting from the animals ( puppies especially $700 each , which legally can't go over $550..so idk how they are going around that and not getting their 501c3 license revoked ) Anyways after I voice my opinion I get a text from BELLA saying I should have told her my health concerns about the dog instead of going online about it. I DID let her know the concern and she did not care. She was straight up trying to manipulate. What does she do instead of just saying I could go pick up some food...tells me to take him to their vet so he could be evaluated. To the vet for WHAT? He is not sick, he just wants fresh food! She ends up sending one of her friends/coworker Sam to pick up the dog and tells me it's just for "Overnight" I already figured it wasn't because of the reviews I saw but I wanted to see if it was true. YUP the reviews were right. They lie to you and ghost you and NEVER give you your foster dog back & then post him ok tik tok hours later like as if they didn't just take him away from you with NO EXPLANATION. ALSO if you go on the daughters food brand tik tok FUREVER their is a whole video claiming and showing that all their rescues eat fresh food and care about their health but yet gave me 3 bags of DRY ADULT DOG FOOD for a puppy. You can see they do it all for the show and so people can donate their money to them. There are so many horror stories of them not paying the vet to help sick puppies they have in their care and they end up dying. They charge so much money for a puppy but yet refuse to pay for their services. I can go on about this and how shady they are but you can just look them up on Tik Tok , read the rest of the reviews on here. So just beware. They don't like people to be concerned because they will feel like you have "ATTITUDE" and take your foster dog away
