Since there's no service, do whatever you want with it. I said so you want me to cut it? And he says I don't care. I told him if I cut it, the remainder will continue to hang in the street. He said he doesn't care, it's not his problem and if he has to fix it, he's sending a bill. They keep wanting me to call so they can tell me what is wrong with my 30+ units tvs so that I can fix them myself. No tech service seems to be available. He states that I need to call him so he can tell me what is wrong and what I need to do myself at the location to repair the 30+ tv's channel listings. I said once again when I brought it in it worked and he said well that happens when you take stuff apart I then told them to figure it out and Id be back in a week. I stop back and they say sorry man nothing we can do and give it back low and behold the new glass is sticking up I said seriously this is the quality of your work? the new screen is sticking up like the last one ya fixed which led us to where we are now! I took it to advanced computers and they called me the next day that they put a water damaged board in it and he could tell where they cleaned it up but its degenerative and thats why it won't work. needless to say I'm serving them with court papers this week just for the principle of the matter.
