I got it back and a few days later noticed that the glass was sticking up really bad at the bottom like glue didn't hold, I called and let them know I was gonna bring it in but before hand the screen cracked from sticking up. when I brought it in the called me back and said I needed a new board again I said I just got that one from you guys and they acted surprised hmmmm. I said once again when I brought it in it worked and he said well that happens when you take stuff apart I then told them to figure it out and Id be back in a week. I stop back and they say sorry man nothing we can do and give it back low and behold the new glass is sticking up I said seriously this is the quality of your work? the new screen is sticking up like the last one ya fixed which led us to where we are now! I took it to advanced computers and they called me the next day that they put a water damaged board in it and he could tell where they cleaned it up but its degenerative and thats why it won't work. needless to say I'm serving them with court papers this week just for the principle of the matter.

Con artists. Told us $150+tax for 3 lines, said we can pick out a watch for opening an account and…read moreonly pay taxes on the watch. The watch is over $300 come to find out and when we tried to return it they said we might as well keep it because we have to pay the full amount either way. It requires an entirely separate phone line, another thing they didn't tell us, causing an extra $125/month. The Direct TV box they provided didn't work, and for 2 months we kept telling them the problem but they wouldn't lift a finger to help, just said to call Direct TV, and again said we might as well keep it. After 2 months of it not working we returned it to the Singing Hills location and their response after cancelling it was, "we're still going to bill for the 3rd month." They didn't provide the first 2 months of service we were charged for, no refund offered, but actually was bold enough to say they're still going to bill it for a third month. I've never had such horrible customer service along with being scammed bold faced in the store. It's disgusting how nice they were while adding on extra gadgets under false pretenses, not helping fix any of the previously mentioned issues, quick to run a card but refuse to be helpful in any way once the transaction is complete and you're trapped. If this isn't resolved soon to the promised $150+tax per month I'll be switching to Straight Talk for $35/month unlimited, and people I know who have it say they have had no issues whatsoever.
