    Service continues to disconnect. We've had to unplug router like 4-5 times a day and it consistently keeps failing. Do not recommend.

    Terrible internet and outdated customer service processes. Absolutely not worth the money. I will not use them or recommend them to anyone.

    Not sure how this guy is still in business. One of my properties has a dish. The storms knocked his…read moreline down and made the road impassable. A good Samaritan taped it up out of the way in the meantime. I called Satellite Central and he first says is there service? I said I don't believe so but your line needs braced back up. Since there's no service, do whatever you want with it. I said so you want me to cut it? And he says I don't care. I told him if I cut it, the remainder will continue to hang in the street. He said he doesn't care, it's not his problem and if he has to fix it, he's sending a bill. I don't normally post things like this or go out of my way to share negative experiences but this guy was genuinely rude.

I have been requesting a technician for more than a few weeks to visit our community to help resolve our numerous continuous issues that our tenants have had with this tv provider. They keep wanting me to call so they can tell me what is wrong with my 30+ units tvs so that I can fix them myself. No tech service seems to be available. He states that I need to call him so he can tell me what is wrong and what I need to do myself at the location to repair the 30+ tv's channel listings. We only want a tech visit to ensure issues are resolved!

    The absolutely worst, dishonest business I ever dealt with ever!…read moreEverything I had done or purchased to be repaired had to be fixed by an independent computer repair person or replaced with the exception of the battery for $59.00, but even that had numerous delays in getting shipped and then it was the wrong one. I paid $460.10 for a printer, 500 G3SSD, clone HDD to SDD, a battery and an Iphone charger. I I phone charger broke, Drivers and necessary software were not properly installed. The applications that were to be installed were replaced by links to their website application counterparts. (They told me that this company was having problems...which it was NOT!The hinge on the computer screen was broken upon return, Windows Updates were never run, items that were claimed to been backed up were not and no backup files were found. I paid an additional $80.00 service fee to have my new wireless printer set up. They couldn't make it work twice and I asked for my $80.00 returned and they refused. This wireless connection just stumped them and my guy fixed it within 5 minutes. They told me my computer speakers were broken and there was NOTHING wrong until they entered my computer. They were fixed by my new computer guy who only had to get the computer fixed and then my speakers were suddenly back to normal. Avoid this company. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
