Even though I was only able to sample their more basic flavors, their light, non greasy cake and ability to make a cupcake without being overly sweet, won me over. The only thing to note, it would be best to go there Tuesday through Friday as Friday is their last baking day of the week. They are closed Sunday and Monday. Their pricing on imperfect candy (mostly misshaped candy) was a steal and the massive peppermint sticks were awesome, but overall Leslies did not meet my expectations. The main set back for me was the lack of sanitary conditions. Leslies reminded me more of a industrial manufacturing plant than a food processing facility. Regardless I will be back to score cheap misshaped peanut butter brittle on my next visit to Clovis.
