Boba in New Mexico. One of the yummiest boba places compared to the rest of New Mexico, hands down. Roswell, nm is a very cute town and makes its town money off the aliens + tourist. Many places located around the alien museum/town are the typical stores you would find in larger cities. But finding a legit boba place in New Mexico that serves authentic Taiwanese snacks and traditional type boba drinks, is like finding a gem. AMBIANCE Very clean and cozy. They have sofas + tables inside for people to hang out. It's a nice spot to maybe do homework too. BOBA -Almond milk tea- I was pleasantly surprised to have gotten such a traditional taste in Roswell. Their honey boba is super soft and chewy. I would say they make it better than some boba shops in San Diego. The sweetness is not too overpowering and it has a bold hint of almond, which I love. I definitely recommend this drink. -coconut milk tea- if you are a fan of coconut water, then get this one. My bf loved it but I rather drink the almond milk tea. SNACKS They have a range of snacks here, such as, popcorn chicken, fries, egg rolls. I got their popcorn chicken and it was good. It's not spicy enough for my taste, but still pretty good. *remember to ask for ranch bc they will most likely forget to hand you it. Overall, if I'm ever in Roswell, I'll visit this place again.

This place zeroes down on the boba scene in a town and state that isn't really known for its tapioca drinks. I've been super suprised how New Mexico has embraced boba and the deliciousness that lies with the soft chewy delite. Ambience is really chill. They got some nice laid back chill work study music. You can grind out a paper or hang out with your homies after some super salty foods. I really didn't expect a place like this in roswell, maybe in a slightly larger city but this place is a gem. We got the coconut milk tea, almond milk tea and the crispy chicken. The crispy chicken is similar to what you would find on the west coast. Which is super hard to find beside the coastal cities. It had a little bit of spice kick and five spice flavor and don't forget the ranch. The boba was creamy but not overly sweet. Really creamy and the boba was super soft and chewy nicely made and not over done. They do give you your moneys worth with lots of boba. They give some Western boba shops a run for their money. Overall this place rocks my socks. It's a little bit of home in a desert oasis. It might even make me drive the countless hoirs just to grab a bit of home. Don't forget to take a pic and chill out. Maybe you'll even see some chill locals dressed as aliens who just want to have fun. Definitely a fun spot in the alien capital of the U.S.

Sweet Green Tea Boba with Aloe Vera Jelly

Yo! This place is wonderful. The Boba is great! Wonderful variety of flavor. Aloe Vera jelly is my favorite. This place almost matches everything that in the Los Angeles Asian community. Please do not discontinue the Sea Salt Tea! It's the best thing on the menu. It just needs a push in marketing. It's worth it. Trust me! The Avocado smoothie is another fan favorite in Los Angeles, and I would suggest anyone to try it here. And turn down the music.

They serve tea, coffee, smoothies, and snack food. Fast, friendly service.

Pulled over to get a coffee before long shift. Super cute and clean. Young girl at counter was very friendly and nice when I took a little extra time trying to figure out what I wanted. On the large board behind the counter was the special drinks and food for the month of February. I decided to get a chocolate cherry iced latte with white chocolate instead of milk or dark. I also got the white chocolate strawberry scone. The scone came warmed , it was so good I should have gotten 2 of them. My iced drink was good, even with swapping out of white chocolate it was tasty but a bit on the sweet side. They also have milk alternatives, I got oatmilk. I like that they use paper cups to help with the over use of plastic cups and not a lot of places to recycle them.

The second you walk in, you know this is the coffee spot in town. The music, lighting, people, and overall energy made it clear why it was packed. Aliens everywhere, local art and curiosities lining the walls, and that effortlessly cool, eclectic vibe where you don't know where to look first--but in the best way. The food and drink held up just as well. Coffee and teas were solid, with a local tea vendor on site doing samples and selling loose-leaf blends, which was such a great touch. I had a vegan hummus salad that was genuinely good, plus some food bites, while my husband loved his burrito. I also stumbled upon handmade origami earrings (cranes and roses!) that I was obsessed with, along with books, swag, and random treasures--at one point I picked up a Japanese art book I would've bought instantly if it had been for sale. And just when you think you've seen it all, the space keeps going: a wine lounge in the back, a roasting operation, more rooms to explore. Huge credit to the staff--only a handful of employees holding down a nonstop crowd, all with great energy. If you're passing through New Mexico, even if Roswell is slightly out of the way, Stellar Coffee is absolutely worth the stop. The hidden wine lounge with speakeasy vibes is named Interstellar - SO CUTE !!

The space is smaller than many Starbucks locations, yet it operates more efficiently than some much larger stores. My pitch to make Starbucks bring back the "been there" series. The discovery series, pales in comparison. The staff is top-notch and clearly experienced. A special shout-out to Shelly, who has worked for the company for approximately 18 years. Does Starbucks have an award pin for year's service? She has an exceptional ability to understand customers' needs the moment they approach. It is clear that she genuinely enjoys her work and takes pride in the company, and that energy carries through the entire store. The music volume is ideal. During my travels over the past few months, I've noticed that some Starbucks locations play their music far too loudly. This store has found the right balance, creating an atmosphere that is welcoming without being distracting. Efficient, clean, and extremely well run. this Roswell Starbucks sets a strong standard. I think the Uber delivery person that picks up Starbucks could possibly be an alien!

The frap was fine but I literally only took about three drinks of the matcha and it was gone because the cup was completely full of ice. When we first entered the store (please note that there are cart wipes by the entrance, which is always nice), I was surprised to see a section at the entrance of different jars of salsa, a lot of which were made here in New Mexico. We also saw some boba milk tea and flavored coconut milk drinks with aloe (which are products of Thailand) and ended up purchasing a few. The drinks themselves are actually not too sweet and tasted pretty good. Pricing was ~ $1.29 per bottle, which wasn't bad of a price. The produce section (all the way to the right hand side if you are facing the back of the store) was small but had plenty of variety of both fruits and vegetables. We ended up purchasing cucumbers that were 2 for $1 since it was on sale. I liked the gourmet cheese section with the variety of cheeses available (which is right by the produce section). I also liked the wine and beer section, which was nice to see local beers and wines made here in New Mexico (which I ended up picking up a bottle of New Mexico made Moscato to celebrate my upcoming birthday). We ended up purchasing a few other items in the store, which pricing seemed to be fair for what they were. One thing that I do want to make mention is that we both thought it was kind of weird to see 2 (separate) people in the store shopping without wearing a mask. I know that an employee saw these people but did not bother to tell them (even though there is a sign by the entrance to inform customers that they are required to wear a mask before entering). But other than that, we had a good experience on this shopping trip and would definitely be a regular if we lived in this area.

But Jersey Mike's caught my eye, and when I saw it hadn't been reviewed yet, I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone: try something new and get the first review in. We went with the #13 Original Italian--the Giant, and let me tell you, they don't call it "Giant" for nothing. This thing is a legit 15 inches long, and when you see it next to a regular bag of chips, it looks like it could take on a small army. Loaded with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni, it's everything you want in an Italian sub. The bread was fresh, soft with just the right amount of chew, and the veggies were crisp and vibrant--no sad, wilted lettuce here. The flavors all came together like a well-orchestrated sandwich symphony. Nothing wild or over-the-top, just a good, honest, quality sub that hits the spot. The restaurant itself was clean and busy, always a good sign. The staff were quick and efficient, keeping the line moving while still making sure every sub was built with care.
