We both really enjoyed our stay here.This place was just built about a year ago, so everything is new. Its only two blocks from Atwatter Metro Station and it has a Starbucks and Adonis supermarket in the same building which we both used almost daily. The condominium has 4 rooftop pools with BBQ Grills, tables, and beautiful views of Montreal. They also have a nice Fitness Center with a sauna, hot tub, and steam room.They also have a lounge area on the 20th floor which overlooks the entire city. This place seems to be soundproof. We didn't hear any street noise and it's located on a busy part of St Catherine. I'm not a Canadian citizen, but if I was I would really look into living at this place. So if you're able to live here, you want regret it. If you just staying in town for a while, there are some tenants that have rentals on Airbnb. If you want the Airbnb listing that I rented from, just PM me and ask.

The most severe problem that I did have with them was regarding my lease's renewal. They did not tell me that my lease will be renewed automatically for one more year. I sent them an email 2 months in advance to cancel my lease, but they rejected. They had lots of vacant apartment, and they forced me to pay 4 months penalty if I wanted to cancel my lease. I am not sure if everyone experiences this problem but my neighbor smokes cannabis every night which bothers me a lot. There are a lot of noises, I do have from my neighbors. I can hear even their television sound all nights. They promised me $ 160 for parking when I signed my lease, but they charged me $175. Finally, If you have a chance in another apartment, do not even think about it if not you have to deal with rude office staffers and loud neighbors, etc.

The building is well located in downtown (2 minutes of walk from St-Catherine street, Sherbrooke, Guy, de la Montagne, Concordia University... 10 minutes from McGill University, Centre Bell and other Montreal main attractions). So, you will probably save on taxi. On the other hand, it's located on a quiet street (Lincoln street) offering quite a reduced level of noise, especially at night. Great night security, hotel quality maintenance and the owner is on site all week long. Helpful staff, too. The exterior swimming pool is not really busy and you can relax after the day. The tenants/clients are mostly business workers, university students or newcomers to Montreal looking for a first place where to land and they are prompt to complain if there is any noise around. 4.5 stars

The "discount" is a fallacy. The rent is going up at an alarming rate bc of the most inconsequential repairs being done constantly. Constant construction so always noisy. The pool is a crap shoot. Sometimes is dirty and even worse, green. Don't let the pretty flowers fool you either. We all pay way too much for those when they're free down the street every year. They're also ruining the foundation which is getting worse and worse every year. The administration is getting worse every year as well. They have taken to PHYSICALLY removing you from the office if you dare to complain about something and they don't like you. Ppl are leaving here more and more. There are vacancies in a housing shortage for a reason. You'll be sick of the micromanaging real quick. They all but tell you when to crap and fart. There's a BOOKLET of rules just for the pool. They're welcoming more and more immigrants bc they know they won't complain and they can take advantage of them. When you move in, don't expect too much in the way of repairs, the maintenance guy spends much of his day being angry but doing very little for and amazing salary. We're bleeding money here.
