Our carpets are light-colored, contractor-grade carpeting, and after several years of having multiple dogs in the house, we honestly didn't expect them to look much better. We also had a lingering musty odor in one bedroom closet after two 1.5-gallon jugs of water slowly leaked onto a cabinet where we were storing hurricane supplies. We were amazed by the results! The carpets look like new, and the entire house smells fresh and clean--including the closet that had the odor. The pricing was also very reasonable. We truly appreciated how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule, as well as their professionalism and excellent service.
