They helped me through my insurance claim and were very patient and understanding when it came to how long the insurance process can take. Any time I would reach out with questions or needed something they were so quick to answer and help with whatever I needed for the process. Now the day my roof was done I was amazed at how fast and cleanly they were. They were done in one day and when they left you would have had no idea they were there doing the roof that day. My roof is absolutely gorgeous now! The cost of the roof was very fair for the size of the job and amazing customer service I revived.

Neither was done & no one will call me/email me back to rectify this. Ive messaged over 40 times & keep getting told someone will respond-no one ever has. We're now in 2026! Now going to court over this, absolutely ridiculous. We've never had any issues like this with another company-extremely disappointing! Also side note: they wrecked our brand new deck. They didnt cover it and now there are stains all over it after the roof was replaced. Weve had the deck refinished and stains are still there, we cant get them out. We originally had the roof replaced after we were told from them it would fix two window area leaks. The roof had NOTHING to do with the windows. The leak was still there after the roof was replaced, it was just a simple seal around the windows themselves.

One - their two week estimate to start job went to 4 weeks. They show up one day unannounced. They "complete" the job in one day but leave parts undone and didn't notice they left trash stacked on the side of the roof. They left it that way for over a week or more- texts and phone calls went unresolved. Horrible communication internally between Dave (owner) and work crew. Office staff screwed up the invoice. Workers tear off fascia then only to knock on my door realizing they can't even match it?!? I can just keep going.... Hope to god what they did isn't as unprofessional as the work on the roof-I worry the roofing done was rushed. Facebook name is an alter ego- but the company will know who this review is I think or maybe I'm just one of many post Florence customers disappointed in their rush for cash.
