Warning to Potential Customers of Inland Signs…read more Before handing over any money to Inland Signs, please be cautious. Maxwell, the owner, took our payment for a project that was never started, and months later, my business partner and I have yet to receive an update. I personally went to the city to check the status of our permit, and I was shocked to discover that the necessary fees hadn't been paid. Even more concerning, the city informed me that Inland Signs cannot pull a permit because they do not have a valid contractor's license. At this point, we believe we will never receive our sign, and we are considering filing a civil suit to recover our funds. I'm sharing this to help prevent others from being taken advantage of. Please ensure that any contractor you hire is fully licensed, insured, and bonded, and remember that by law, they should never ask for more than 10% of the total contract price upfront.

Inland Signs was mistakenly paid in full by our finance company and since then we have received nothing but empty promises from Maxwell. As of today according to the California Contractor's State Licensing Board website Inland Signs license is suspended. We have also filed a complaint with them and the Better Business Bureau. There are also two other complaints on Yelp with the same situation.
