I can be pretty wishy/washy, and I had no idea where to start with the signs, so that's not easy. And then once we agreed what the signs should look like it took over a month to get approval from my landlord. I kept Santi in the loop but never once did he get annoyed with me, or pushy about getting things done. He just waited patiently with me. He did a great job matching the colors of signs that were already in my building - you can't even tell the difference. And his install guy was sweet, did good work, and worked fast.
