Pretty easy transaction here. Sent in my image via the webpage and got a quick response from a service rep. He worked with me on getting a better image, size and cost restrictions. All in all, a few days later I had a really great print from them. No real issues here... BUT the location is tough to find (in an industrial park) and the hours are pretttty poor (M-F, 9-5:30pm).
