Fabulous toy store with a unique and diverse selection of toys. I took my son to pick out a gift for his cousin's birthday and we found so many cool treasures inside. I let him pick one toy too. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I ended up spending about 100 bucks, but I did get a birthday gift and even a couple Christmas gifts. Cool spot. If I was able to put zero stars I would. This is a go to place that my friend and I stop at all the time, multiple times a week. We went again today like normal, and everything was good until we were in the last section we wanted to look at. A worker walked over to us, I'm assuming the manager, he said " think it's time for you to leave now". We were both confused and asked him "what?". He told us that his worker said that we were rude to him and that we threatened to "walk on the tables". We were both shocked and confused because we were never rude to an employee let alone even see an employee the whole time we were there. We tried to tell him that we never did that and that we would like to hear the employees side since the manager said we were rude to the employee. The manager refused to let us talk to or even explain further with what happened with this employee. By the time we were by the door we asked again to talk to the employee who we were accused of being so rude to, and this manager said he doesn't want to argue and that he will call the cops on us if we don't leave. Don't waste your time at this store, they are rude and uncooperative when there is any kind of issue. Stay away and do not support them. read more

This place is truly a "Toy Kingdom"!! We were looking for baby legos. Let me tell you they have rows and rows of Legos. I found out that the baby Legos are called Duplos. The gigantic models of cities were absolutely stunning to see. You and your family can spend time just staring at all the intricacies of the city. All the details, the colors and the splendor of it all. Also good luck trying to get your child out of the store. I'm sure they would feel that there in absolute toy land. The prices are reasonable and competitive compared to other stores. What it is a one stop shop for kids all ages young and old. A guy actually told me that this store is not just for kids, he's a big kid. Hmmm.. why would he tell me that so random.. lol. Oh and they have so many horses toys and collector models I would think. After I visited the mall, I stumbled upon this beautiful place and after reading all of the Google reviews, I needed to check it out. It doesn't matter what age you are but this place is a paradise for anyone that has an inner kid in them or even if you want to discover new hobbies too. They feature family games, Legos, action figures, nostalgic games or my favorite "mad libs" for my various road adventures. The prices here aren't even worth complaining about, they're fairly priced too. They keep up with the seasons too and there's just so much to offer that can keep you and your family entertained for years on end. I will happily come back! read more

Legos galore Since there are not many toy stores left I wanted to take my kids to this one to check it out. They of course loved looking at everything. Half of the store is lego related items. The other half is a mix of horses, train sets, and a mix of other toys. The selection isn't an all encompassing toy mix but it gives kids plenty to look at. Plus they have a play area in the front. With a bus to drive, things to build, marble game and lots of photo opportunities. Prices are comparable to other toy stores. read more

My review is for the Belden Village location and is specifically on our experience with a brand new Lego set. on 8/2/25 my son purchased Jango Fett's Starship. It was brand new. When we got home, he started building and didn't realize until he got to bag 5 that there was no bag 5, there were two bag 6's! We called Sir Troy's the next day and told them what happened. They told us to bring everything in so they could see it. Upon arrival, they told us there was nothing they could do. It wasn't their problem, it was Lego's problem! So, we left with a very upset 10 year old. Lego customer service has been wonderful and advised us to only purchase new legos from places like Target or Amazon because they would exchange it for us without any issues. It is now 8/18 and my son just received bag number 5 (it came from Denmark and took forever because Lego said they had problems gathering all the pieces to make the bag). And low and behold, the replacement bag is missing several pieces! My son had a total meltdown this evening! Lego gave us a checklist with every piece in the bag, but the missing pieces were not on the checklist. We will contact Lego tomorrow to let them know what's missing. This could have all been avoided if Sir Troy's could have given us a replacement Lego set. I don't normally write reviews and give 1 star but my poor son has been so patient and I just feel it was handled very poorly. He has no trust in the store anymore and doesn't feel comfortable buying any new Lego sets from them. It's a shame. Just be aware, if you purchase a brand new lego set from them and you open it, they will not help you if something is wrong. read more

This place is a gem. No video games here! Just toys. If your looking for the largest selection of Legos, or action figures. This is a must go place. I saw Transformers, GI Joe, He-Man... it was like I was a kid again. My son loves Legos, this place has more Legos than the Lego store! I love this store reminds me of what Toy Stores used to be back in the day. This is a must for anyone who loves Legos, or is nostalgic about action figures. read more

Best toy selection in the area that I've found, by about 10 miles. The store is well organized, the staff are knowledgeable, and the aisles are clean. Both this and the Medina location are loads of fun to explore and discover. In particular, they have a wide selection of LEGO and Playmobil toys, both of which my kids adore. Prices aren't going to be what draws you in, but we don't mind paying a little extra to support a top-tier toy store where you can get hands-on and explore in person. read more

Unbelievable LEGO selection to chose from. We spent an hour this evening just looking at the selection. If your looking for it this place has it. Not only legos but trains, playmobile, calico critters, board games and more. Extremely helpful staff to answer questions. Also they have an awesome area in back of legos already assembled and on display. I have no idea how this place isn't more popular. They also have mini figure trades along with children workshops. They also do birthday parties! We will be back. Well worth the drive to visit. read more

Price gougers!!! Despicable shop, 2 days ago someone posted up some Lego sets with picture proof of prices. I called today and they hiked the prices up lol. It went from $449 for the Lego Ninjago City Docks to $649. Thank you, not gonna be a customer, have a good day! read more

We had our daughter's 8th birthday party here. The kids loved it! Everybody was very accommodating. Most of our guests showed up late, so they let us stay until the placed closed instead of having us leave at 7. We forgot to bring forks for the cake and they saved the day for us. We also were short on guests, so they spread the gift certificate money around the rest of the kids and, if I'm not mistaken, added a little extra. The party host was wonderful with the kids. I was blown away. I highly recommend checking it out. read more
