Everything was amazing the hairstylist was great. Everyone else very nice and had great customer…read moreservice and made my hair exactly how I wanted it

Dear Supercuts Management Team,…read more I've been a loyal customer of your establishment for nearly 20 years. Over the years, I've had many favorite stylists and have always appreciated the warm, professional service I've received. Since the recent move, I've enjoyed my visits even more -- the staff are friendly, engaging, and create a welcoming environment that feels like a relaxing getaway. My hairstylist, Raegan, does an exceptional job. I see her two to three times a week, and she's become like a little sister to me. The rest of the team -- including Lindsey, Tyler, Tasha, and Oceania -- are all wonderful as well. I've never once felt uncomfortable visiting, until my most recent experience on Wednesday. On that day, Raegan was unavailable, so Lindsey took care of my appointment. While I was there, a man entered the salon carrying posters, which made me assume he might be a manager or part of corporate. As Lindsey and I talked, I noticed him standing near the entrance, staring in my direction. At first, I ignored it, but he continued to look my way for an extended period. He then approached Lindsey to make small talk but continued to stand behind me, watching closely. Although he complimented my hair and attempted to engage in conversation, his behavior made me increasingly uncomfortable. Despite my body language suggesting unease, he remained nearby for about ten minutes until I finished. When I left, he told me goodbye and continued to watch as I exited. While I understand that friendly interaction is part of good customer service, prolonged staring and ignoring social cues can make customers feel uneasy. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed appropriately, as I would hate for anyone else to feel the same discomfort. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I truly value this salon and its staff and look forward to continuing my visits under the same welcoming and professional environment I've always known.

I'm pretty sure I'm a hair stylist's worst nightmare. I have stick straight hair that is thin and…read moredoes nothing. Add to that the fact that I'm incredibly indecisive about what to do with my hair and that usually means my hair lives in a perpetual state of sloppily pulled back pony tail. But Becca at Allure is fantastic. She is easy to get a hold of, easy to schedule appointments, and works wonders on my hair. Plus she's friendly and chatty, but totally content to not engage in conversation if you're tired and don't feel like chit chatting. Bonus points for free bang trims. There's a reason why half of the women in my office go to her - she's fantastic.

I went to allure a few weeks back for a simple bang trim and eyebrow wax. My stylist did a good job…read morewith my bangs. I then proceded to get my eye brows done, something I have done numerous times in my life. During the wax, my eyelids burned which I assumed was normal. They were also very red and painful after I left. The pain and redness did not go away and when I woke up the next morning I realized the stylist had badly burned my eyelids. There was a very evident wax strip burned into both of my eye lids. I texted the stylist who just told me to put neosporin on it (no duh). She stopped replying once I sent her a picture of my eyelids. I called the owner to explain the situation and she replied with a message basically saying it wasnt her problem and she just rents to people. I texted my stylist again asking her policy on injuring clients and she did not reply. Although she did a good job with my hair, she injured my eye lids causing physical pain and red marks over my eyes for a week. I was most disappointed with the company's lack of customer service and their lack of empathy when injuring a client. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would not want someone else to pay money to get injured and disrespected.
