My dishwater blonde and somewhat graying hair was transformed back to blonde with some ashy undertones. I have challenging hair and I'm very particular and I know what does and doesn't work... And Samantha listened!! She got it just right and got me set up with some products to keep it that way. Totally professional, very personable and also confident in her skill set. Let's start by addressing how scary it can be to try a new place.... I am a new customer to Hair Productions. I was able to tell them a little about me and my hair, by phone, and they matched me up perfectly with a stylist for me. I had a cut, color and highlight done by Lisa. I told her that I had always bounced back and forth between 'let it grow' and 'chop it all off.' I also mentioned to her that I was really interested in the recent Hollywood fad of the Pixie Cut. I was, however, concerned if I could pull off that look. They were able to talk to me about my face shape and hair type .... then determine what would be the best route for me. Since I was a bit hesitant to go that short, they recommended we take my mid-to-long length hair to an angled bob. I love, love, love the cut! For the color, I told her I was open to changing it up a bit, but wasn't exactly sure what I was wanting. We talked colors and what my current hair color and skin tones would be best with. Ta-Da! A new cut and new color that I am totally happy with. read more

Sam and the Team at Hair Productions is fantastic! Easy to book online or over the phone, clean and courteous, professional, and I always walk away feeling great about myself. I have thin hair and Sam was able to coach me on hair restoring products and I now have baby hairs growing!!!!! Had a great haircut here the other day. My stylist was friendly and listened to what I wanted, while making good suggestions on what might work best for my hair type and face shape. The space has been updated recently and looks great! I would definitely recommend this place to other people who are new to the area and aren't sure where to go. read more

This place is dirty. Like needs an inspection dirty. Hair all over the counters and chairs, dust, dirty mirrors. Lisa cut my hair and seemed very rushed and hasty. She did ok with the actual cut, but then she began blow drying my hair and it was terrible. She kept tangling it and yanking and giggling. She put something in my hair that made it feel like glue. Then she pulls out a "thermal brush" like from the 80's and and it is covered in hair! She wraps my hair in it tangling and pulling the whole time. She tried to unwind it and it was literally so tangled it was hanging in my hair hands free. I asked her to just stop at this point. I went to pay and after the worst salon experience of my life, the total was $50 for a shampoo, cut, and blow dry. I will not be back. And I will seriously discourage anyone else from coming here as well. read more

I loved the woman who did my hair! I was able to get in within less than 24 hours from when I called. The salon was undergoing renovations yet the staff seemed to be excited about the changes. The station where I was sitting was a bit dusty however the customer service well made up for that. I was offered a drink while I was there and even offered one for the ride back. Will for sure come back when it's time for a touch up. They offer a rewards system based on the amount of money spent which increases the incentive for return customers--nice. read more
