Cassandra did my haircut, before letting her cut my hair I asked how long she had been cutting hair for and she told me 10 years. I knew I needed quite the trim so I asked her to fix my face framing pieces and cut the rest even. She gave me really choppy layers and I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and let it grow out and it's still choppy. She gave an amazing blow out though read more

Had my first visit here last night and I really enjoyed it. Kayla did a great job with my short hair. I went from brown to an ashy blonde and I love the results. The staff was fun and friendly and the establishment was very clean. They offer SO MANY services and I feel that the cost is very reasonable compared to other salons. Kayla also made time to do my eyebrows and they turned out great. Another factor that I love is their hours; most salons close at 5 all the time. They stay open until 7pm on many nights (check their hours) which is really helpful for people like me who work a M-F job. Thanks again, Kayla. See ya soon. read more

I had a horrible experience here. I spent $190 only to have my hair dyed black instead of the chocolate brown that I wanted. When I asked if they could fix it, they told me that I would be charged extra. Their solution was to wash the crap out of it until it lightened up. I could've box dyed my hair and had a better outcome. read more

I'm a big fan of the product- Aveda. I adore the person who has provided my services - Melissa. However, lately a certain person has taken over the salon. Her name is Harper. Harper is a little girl whose age is approximately 8-10 years old. Between the drawing of hers that is proudly displayed which reads "Enjoy your hair while you still can" and her numerous activities strewn about, all over guest seating - I'm concerned that Harper has taken over the salon. I noticed that she makes customers uncomfortable- myself include. This leads me to wonder why Harper has been allowed to cross all boundaries in Essentia, staking her claim to her own personal playground - which Essentia has becom. As a single mother, my sympathy and empathy run deep for all other single moms trying to make ends meet. But, as a grownup, I've managed to figure out my childcare situation without involving my place of employmen. A word to management: Harper is bad for busines. read more

I've been a few times to this salon. I have seen Paige the last couple of times and I absolutely adore her. She is the only one I let cut my hair from now on. I usually only get a haircut but the service is extremely relaxing. I could literally close my eyes and fall asleep. I explained to her what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I was envisioning. I plan on trying more services they offer. 10/10 definitely recommend. read more

This was a fun environment. But when I went in to get a balayage done I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and they said they could do it. But it ended just a couple levels lighter and nothing like what I wanted. They told me if I wanted it like that I should have asked for highlights and that I would have to pay for them when I come in again. Honestly think thy were letting the new hires esperiment on my hair because I am from out of town. Yeah a real let down when you spen 100 dollars for a slight difference. read more

I have had several great experiences here now, and I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants a relaxing pedicure, massage, or have their hair done. I LOVED the spa pedicure! So relaxing and luxurious. Erica did a wonderful job, and I loved the hot stone treatment. Paige, did my hair for me. I have very fine hair and she cut and styled my layers to help me get some volume and height. The chairs are awesome, comfortable, and safe. You will love this salon. read more
