Sirinas team has cleaned my home spotless now for the past couple of months. I appreciate that even though the appointments are usually made a month out they still are consistent with their appointments. They drive down to visit me from Tacoma which is very much appreciated. If traffic is going to have them a tad behind they always give me a heads up. The team always consists of two people and frequently Sirina herself! A mother and military wife she still finds time to attend many of the jobs to ensure things are "done right" she tells me. Not only Sirina but also her employees have been incredibly friendly and polite and a joy to have in my home. They are sweet to my kitties but not sweet to the kitty hair that latches onto all my furniture. They have been very thorough each time I've had them here and spend 2-3 hours on the home. Sirina always asks me to look around and to be sure to tell her if anything doesn't meet my expectations. The cost is very affordable, especially for two people. I also love that the money is going to help a military family and many of her employees have family members in the military and are trying to get assimilated into new surroundings. They perform great work and are friendly and provide wonderful conversation. So thankful they come every month to help me keep everything in order in my crazy life! read more

Absolutely awesome company! They came out and gave us a free estimate and walked us through every step of the process. They provide not only the house cleaning but carpet cleaning and lawn care too. They guaranteed passing the inspection or they'd come back to fix it. They passed our inspection with flying colors on the first try. Very nice trustworthy people who were very easy to work with. Make sure you ask about military discounts. I recommend this team to anyone! Rather it's a move out or routine cleaning they're at the top of my list. I used them several months ago for the first time. The initial cleaning was beyond great. I decided to continue using them on a regular bi monthly service. They didn't show for the next appointment. Then when I was finally able to get rescheduled the service was not at all like the first. I was very disappointed. Floors weren't mopped, Microwave wasn't cleaned and they left my glass stovetop with a greasy film and the house was dusty. It didn't have a fresh cleaned smell. read more

We called Sirina after our tenants moved out and left our house a mess. She came out and assessed the house and provided a quote. That same evening she returned to clean the house and realized that her work would interfere with the home repairs that had started that day. She retuned after the repairs were done and did a fantastic job. We put the house on the market and the feedback that we got from buyers was that the house was so clean. Horrible customer service they backed out on us last minute for a family emergency and said her crew could not come in and complete the job. I don't know whether to believe that or not because she has two other offices in two different states. I don't understand why her crew cannot do it. Does she have to be there in those other states too for her crews to complete their jobs? We tried to call and text 3 days ago, but got no answer. We called this morning and got a recording. Then an hour before they were supposed to be at our house we got the "family emergency" text. A phone call would've been nice. But we had to contact them to get an answer. It wouldn't have been a problem if I wasn't scheduled to final out my house in 2 days and all of our cleaning supplies are packed and shipped. She's a military spouse so I know she has experienced the pain of PCSing. If it was a real family emergency, I am sorry, but you should still call your customers if you intend to cancel. read more

Got a text an hour before they were to come clean our house after a number of phone calls, 2 emails (that couldn't go through), and a couple texts, that she flew to NYC for a family emergency; we've all used family emergency as a back out for things so it's hard to believe (especially after reading someone else's review that they didn't show up for an appt). Even if there was a family emergency does she need to be there to watch her team clean? And there should be a way for a back up team to do the job for cases like that. read more

I called Sirina's house cleaning on a Friday to set up a meeting for a quote for regular house cleaning. We set the appointment for Monday at 10:00 am. At 10:30 I called and left a message saying no one had shown up yet. I am flexible and I understand sometimes people are late. However, it is now 4 days later and still no call back after a no show. If this business treats potential customers this way, I can't imagine they treat their regular customers very well. read more

Sirina was incredibly nice, honest with me about what she could not get off of the baseboards and walls, everything in the kitchen and bathroom was spotless and smelled great. I don't even know where to begin.... I was recommended by random fb strangers to use Sirina for our on post move out clean. I decided to give her a shot because our house was a disaster and we were overloaded with moving ourselves out. I really don't like paying for things I can do myself, but trust me when I say there is NO WAY I could have performed the miracles Sirina did on our house. From our very first conversation she was so kind and helpful and was able to fit us in last minute (2 days before). Her prices are extremely reasonable and for the work she performs, I would have paid her double if I had the money. I can't express how grateful we are for her and her services. The only things we will be charged for are things she could have had no control over (missing screen, etc).... Without her, housing would have probably taken two months of bah .
