Our house was very dirty, illness set me way back. The Ukrainian couple cleaned and cleaned and, you get the idea. They spent 5 hours cleaning, unbelievable service above and beyond to say the least. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a thorough cleaning of their home. They didn't talk and did not take a break, it was serious business the whole time. If I had not just managed to clean the inside of the refrigerator they would have done that and the stove and changed the bed. Hired this LOCAL cleaning company to clean our office not only did they do a terrible job, we had things missing from offices from personal items in our desks, toiletries, batteries, cleaning supplies etc. Not to mention not locking the doors after they cleaned leaving the doors open and unlocked all weekend long. sending invoices for services they never performed falsely invoice our company and harassing and bullying us to pay them. I made complaints to Stephanie the owner she was very rude and short with me.... so, I terminated their contract and left it at that. Come to find out she made up fake names on Google and Yelp and left horrible reviews about our company with her pretending to be an unhappy client AKA Clint H on Yelp & T.G.A.P_Kie On google . Really dragging our company's name through the dirt. We have already had clients bring this to our attention and it has already affected us in a negative way. After a loyal client notified us about these reviews I contacted our IT person and they did some searching and was able to tell that the two reviews were coming from the owner Stephanie Pak that owns "Your Cleaning Company". not only is she good at falsely impersonating fraudulently and pretending to be a client but she even fakes her own reviews and leaves wonderful reviews about how awesome her company is. "WHO DOES THAT"!!!! Don't ever hire this company unless you want this headache were dealing with. Not to mention that if god forbid they steal from you and you terminate them they will retaliate and do awful things like they are doing to us. we have to get our locks changed in case she made a copy of our key and comes in and does more damage. I can't believe how awful some people can be. Last month my heart told me to just let it go and forgive and forget the whole stealing, over charging us for services never rendered and to just move on. We didn't do anything to deserve any of this and now I'm not going to just let this go. I'm going to have my attorney put in a claim with your insurance and also if they don't take this non-sense down from Google & Yelp I will sue them. In response to your non sense comment: I will attached emails and your fake reviews you left on our company site. I will also attach the emails I had with you terminating our services because of the theft. I see you took down your fake reviews you posted on your site but I have everything documented for my attorney. At this point will will have our attorney contact you. Stop already our company has been in business for over 60 years we have never had a problem paying anyone so the slander needs to end. You lies will catch up with you once I post all the documents . Had a great experience with Your Cleaning Company. They were able to come out within a week of me scheduling. I usually keep my house clean, but with working in Seattle and running a photography business it has slipped big time. I wasn't home but my husband said Brandy and Steph were super nice. They were on time. They also used natural cleaning products, which was great because we have saltwater fish tanks. They worked quickly, and cleaned our floors, kitchen, and our two and a half bath townhouse. I appreciate the excellent customer service and convenience of scheduling. This company provided 3 ladies that did a solid job tidying up. The problem was that I asked for a deep clean with special emphasis on floors and surfaces where dust accumulates. I asked the ladies not to worry about dishes or laundry. The result was a good topical cleaning, but most dust accumulating surfaces to include fans, baseboards, and cabinetry went untouched. Dishes were done even though it was not needed or asked for. For the money, I wish the professional service would have focused more on the deep cleaning I required. read more

We have been with Your Cleaning Company for about 6 months now. They do a great job and are always very friendly and professional. They take extra care to make our little girls bed look so cute, such a nice touch. They know just what to do and are familiar with our home.
