I hate to give a bad review, however, I did not find them to give good service. I had them install…read morea kitchen faucet. After two days the faucet came loose. I called them five times over the next three months and asked them to come back and correct the problem. My call was returned twice. To be fair, on the first four messages I did tell them that they could just work me in anytime they were in the area. They never did. My fifth message asked them to call me back and make an appointment. They never called back, so I finally hired a different plumber who came out to fix it and found other problems. I paid Frazier several hundred dollars to install it and I just paid the new plumber $300 to fix it. With better customer service, the double cost and bad review definitely could have been avoided, but then I probably would not have noticed the other two problems shown below in the pictures. The first, a crooked installation. The second shows the top of the disposal not installed properly. The third shows a faucet rings sloppy installation. Just some things for you to see before you call them.
