On 5 March 2026 we had some computer issues and had to change from Windstream to gmail. A young man named Kenny arrived at our home and went to work on my computer. His skills amazed me. Myself being a novice with high tech, I had a lot of questions and had to be shown new things on G Mail. He was very patient and helpful with all my questions and needed instructions. They offered to do a backup which I agreed to even though they charged a fee for that as well.
