I had Maila come out to give me a quote for all the windows in my house and it was a pretty decent price I got. Malia came over on time, did all the measurements, was great with keeping me in the loop about the details of my order. Her crew came out and did a good job installing all the shutters in a timely manner. When I noticed there was a crack in one of the shutters that was installed, I told Malia and she told me to send her a photo right away and she'd make it right. I sent her the photo and she immediately ordered another shutter and within less than 2 weeks I received a brand new shutter without any manufacturer defects. I gotta say that this attention to detail and excellent customer service is rare-- but with Malia, it's not rare. Malia will do everything possible to do right by the customer and go above and beyond to get things done right. In my opinion the way a business should be done. I am totally impressed by the way she runs her company and when I have to get new blinds or shutters for my next house project-- I'll be using her services again! Spent a good bit of time with us showing us all the options and thinking things through to make sure we made the best decisions, and contributing from his considerable experience of seeing these shutters in place. So we placed our order and quickly received a call that they were ready to install...John came out and with great skill, precision, and real attention to detail put them in place...and amazing. They are beautifully and solidly constructed, with very up-to-date well considered design. We have had Plantation shutters before, but they have really improved. We will be ordering more from New View in a couple of months. These guys are lovely, professions, and skilled. When we built our home over eighteen years ago we had cellular shades installed on fifteen windows and two very large patio doors and we still have all but one of those original shades. Update 2/20/23…read more Corina (mgr) contacted me personally bewildered about the reply I received about our Roman shades being out of warranty. Apparently (and what wasn't conveyed to me originally), is that they stand behind their products and therefore they are still under warranty. We went back in and picked out a new fabric (since manufacturer discontinued our original) and they are re-ordering and replacing all our Roman shades we ordered from them. Really thankful for Corina's empathy and resolve in getting this situation fixed for us satisfactorily. Although we haven't received the new shades yet, I'm confident this will end well and have restored faith in our decision to do business with Budget Blinds as a result.

Dave the tech showed up on time, very polite, told me what needed to be done to make sure that is what I wanted and needed, no up selling and was done in a timely manner.
