This business is not local to me but in desperation to find someone to look at my tooth, I called them. A nice girl named Caitlin answered the phone and told me they were booked at least a month out. I explained my situation and after putting me on hold, she was able to squeeze me in for an exam within two days. She made sure to tell me they may not be able to perform the work needed right away. Whatever. At least I am moving in the right direction. She offered to email me all forms and authorizations so that when I came in, they could see me right away and not take a bunch of time with paperwork. Super convenient! I wish all doctors and dentists did this. I arrived today for my exam/evaluation at 11am and was greeted at the door with a smile (no pun intended). I did not have a mask and was politely told it was their policy to protect their other patients, which I understand. I literally did not wait more than five minutes until being taken to the back for x-rays. I had Rosanna take my x-rays and she had heard from Caitlin that I was very nervous but not to worry. She originally took x-rays of the tooth in question but decided we might as well go through and do x-rays of all of my teeth. I know they were really squeezing me in but they took the time to go the extra mile rather than have me come back for a regular check-up. She was really nice and efficient. I always waited for her to say "bite down" before biting down. Of course, I failed to do this at the end and bit her finger. I couldn't be more apologetic and embarrassed. She told me she works with kids all the time and has gotten used to it. I now recognize she saw me as a 35 yr old kid, afraid of the dentist office. Afterwards Dr. Tran came in and quickly assessed a cavity as well as two other ones. I knew there were probably a couple others but no pain meant no rush. He recommended we get all three done at one time to limit the visits needed or further complications of them getting worse. He couldn't have been more gentle with my apprehension when looking in my mouth. He came in almost immediately after the x-rays were done. That never seems to happen. I found this practice to probably be the quickest, most efficient, honest and above-all, conscious of my immediate need for help. I understand doctors that do this for repeat patients but to squeeze me in and I've never visited the office before? Unheard of. Not local but I would/will make the drive for this group anytime. From the receptionist to the assistant/hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was world-class. I cant thank them enough. I'll update with a review on how my filling goes!

I've been going back and forth between veneers, gum contouring or both and Dr. Scott Rice was able to explain pros and cons to both options without being pushy. My teeth and mouth were perfectly fine and healthy. I've had braces twice in my life, so they were already straight and aligned as well. Many of the other dentists I had gone to were trying to sell me on a full set of veneers, but I wanted to keep my natural smile/teeth but just achieve a more improved look with less gum when I smiled and an even gum line. That's exactly what I got and I'm so happy I found him because I decided to switch over to them as my regular dentist now. Their service, professionalism and expertise is so worth it! The fresh baked cookies don't hurt either Lol! It smells amazing in there everytime! The thing is there are many well trained, knowledgeable doctors out there who can give you what you want, but the ethics and moral character are hard to find.
