Today was my first visit to this dental practice. With Covid and everything going on, nobody can see a patient for weeks, if not months. This business is not local to me but in desperation to find someone to look at my tooth, I called them. A nice girl named Caitlin answered the phone and told me they were booked at least a month out. I explained my situation and after putting me on hold, she was able to squeeze me in for an exam within two days. She made sure to tell me they may not be able to perform the work needed right away. Whatever. At least I am moving in the right direction. She offered to email me all forms and authorizations so that when I came in, they could see me right away and not take a bunch of time with paperwork. Super convenient! I wish all doctors and dentists did this. I arrived today for my exam/evaluation at 11am and was greeted at the door with a smile (no pun intended). I did not have a mask and was politely told it was their policy to protect their other patients, which I understand. I literally did not wait more than five minutes until being taken to the back for x-rays. I had Rosanna take my x-rays and she had heard from Caitlin that I was very nervous but not to worry. She originally took x-rays of the tooth in question but decided we might as well go through and do x-rays of all of my teeth. I know they were really squeezing me in but they took the time to go the extra mile rather than have me come back for a regular check-up. She was really nice and efficient. I always waited for her to say "bite down" before biting down. Of course, I failed to do this at the end and bit her finger. I couldn't be more apologetic and embarrassed. She told me she works with kids all the time and has gotten used to it. I now recognize she saw me as a 35 yr old kid, afraid of the dentist office. Afterwards Dr. Tran came in and quickly assessed a cavity as well as two other ones. I knew there were probably a couple others but no pain meant no rush. He recommended we get all three done at one time to limit the visits needed or further complications of them getting worse. He couldn't have been more gentle with my apprehension when looking in my mouth. He came in almost immediately after the x-rays were done. That never seems to happen. I found this practice to probably be the quickest, most efficient, honest and above-all, conscious of my immediate need for help. I understand doctors that do this for repeat patients but to squeeze me in and I've never visited the office before? Unheard of. Not local but I would/will make the drive for this group anytime. From the receptionist to the assistant/hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was world-class. I cant thank them enough. I'll update with a review on how my filling goes! read more

I had such a great experience here! I appreciate that the new patient questionnaire asked what they could provide to make me feel more comfortable (e.g., music, blanket, sunglasses). They had sunglasses in hand when it was time for them to begin my dental work. The front office staff, the X-Ray technician, Dr. Amin, and the hygienist were all genuinely friendly. Dr. Amin was so kind and completed a thorough exam of not just my mouth, but also my neck and throat to ensure everything looked/felt healthy. He took time to clearly communicate what was going to happen during the appointment which I really appreciate. I couldn't stop raving to my spouse when I got home and demanded he make an appointment! Finding a good dentist is hard!! I was driving from Riverside to Irwindale, that's like an hour drive, because she was a great dentist. But the distance was not working for me, so I listened to my fellow Yelpers and gave Riverside Tooth Co a try. I'm so happy with that decision! Booking an appointment is so easy, and they are super accommodating, even offering late, 5pm appointments! Super kind, non-judgmental and helpful! I have an irrational fear of the dentist that has held me back from getting a check up since I was 14 years old. I finally bit the bullet and went to Riverside Tooth Co because it is down the street from my home. I am so happy my desire of convenience led me here because I was treated so kindly here. I do have quite a bit of work to do, but even so they only told me what needs to be done. Dr. Davidian was honest about my teeth health, didn't push me to do surgery work that was an option, and assured me that my teeth were in better condition than I gave them credit for. So I was having wisdom tooth pain and they were able to schedule me the next day. As far as the customer service it was wonderful. They take appropriate measures for the COVID. Everyone in there was so friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable. Also some other procedures they had took a little longer than expected and they were very apologetic about the delay. I personally didn't mind because honestly where could I possibly have to go during this time. Overall Customer service A++++ For my procedure I was numbed it was slightly uncomfortable in that the doctor is literally breaking cutting and pulling out your whole tooth. I felt no pain just "pressure" I appreciated that the doctor warned me when I would feel pressure or hear cracking. I appreciated that so much. He also checked on me several times during the process. It didn't seem to take long maybe 20-30 minutes. Overall I felt as if the doctors was concerned about my well being and the quality of his work. For the post op the doctor checks up on you to make sure you're okay and answers any question you may have via text (again customer service!!!!!). After about 3 days I felt completely fine from the wisdom tooth removal. The doctor did a follow up appointment to make sure everything was good and it was. Final thoughts: great great place to go to get your teeth work done. Reasonable prices (I payed out of pocket). For my future dentist visits they will be the first place I call. read more

We are very pleased with the service at Riverside Tooth Co. We had been patients of Dr. Zellerbach and were a little worried about the transition (and name change). No need for worry. Great service. They don't sell you things you don't need. My husband tried another office during the transition; they recommended a crazy expensive treatment. When I encouraged him to go back to Riverside Tooth Co for a second opinion, it was clear that the other office's recommendation was just a money grab. Nice, honest people here!! read more

DR Sandi is TERRIBLE!!! Last December dr Sandi said I needed a tooth extraction. He said it was a simple extraction and he would be doing the extraction. He ended up going into my sinus cavity and I know have a SINUS COLLAPSE and am looking at over $7000 for a specialist ( at Loma Linda) to try and fix this mess that Dr Sandu created. He didn't even put me on the correct antibiotic (I was supposed to be on antibiotic for sinuses) but be couldn't even get that right. After the extraction, which took an hour and a half I expressed to him how painful it was... Dr Sandu chuckles as he's telling me a lot of women say it's worse than childbirth. So to make a long story short if you want to keep your nice smile and avoid months of living in pain STAY AWAY FROM DR SANDU!!! Dr Zellerbach had a nice office but since he took over it's gone to crap! read more
