The staff from the front desk to the nurses are all friendly, knowledgeable, patient , understanding professionals that are consistent on every visit. If you're uncertain about an appointment or insurance benefits, they will look into it and get you the answers. The office itself is nice and clean. Not very much decor in the lobby like most offices I've visited but it's nice. Several chairs spaced due to Covid precautions. 1 TV that's set on one channel more like an advertisement of Emory services. So a little something to ponder while waiting to be seen by your doctor The lab and exam rooms are typical nothing really special there. Parking lot is quite large .. I'd say at least 50 vehicles maximum including handicap parking. I do apologize for not taking more pics of the exam, lab and lobby areas but I will on the next visit. If you're looking for a Family Doctor, give Emory a try. There are several locations throughout the metropolitan area. Scheduling an appointment is easy and convenient. Most doctors are accepting new patients. One thing I love about Emory Healthcare is that everything is there. If you need a colonoscopy, it can be done there. Every visit, diagnosis, appointment, surgery, etc is in the portal. Your doctor is notified of every lab report and exam although he or she may not have done the procedure like a colonoscopy. It's pretty cool! It's a paper trail of your healthcare...Who wouldn't want that!

I would highly recommend checking in online versus going there to check in. The receptionist was friendly. I was called to the back about 10 minutes after my scheduled time. The RN who took my vitals was really sweet and nice. I waited over an hour for the Nurse Practitioner to come into the room. Having major back pains, every minute counted. The NP listened to my concerns and was able to provide some relief. Overall, I had a good experience - despite the waiting. But it's common to wait hours at Urgent Care.

Showed up Friday for TB test read and clinic closed due to No provider. Miss Mona was kind enough to open the door and provided me with the paperwork to have it read in Loganville. My company called today and informed me my urine drug screen was not packaged properly, needed to be redone. They are finding me another location. i cannot say enough good things about dr. chisolm. he is the best doctor i've ever had by far…read more his knowlege and expertise are way above average. his bedside manner is excellent. his nursing staff is kind and professional. he is able to do a lot of testing right in his office. he sees you in a timely manner and is able to electronically order your prescriptions. he always remembers what's going on with you. i was really impressed when i came to his office 45 minutes before they opened with food poisoning and he was able to get me a hospital bed reserved while he stabilized me until a friend was able to drive me to the hospital. most of all, dr. chisolm really listens.
