The receptionist said they would call me if there was a balance after filing insurance. Several weeks later I was charged $257 without any notification. Secondly, the nurse practitioner is completely incompetent. She prescribed my daughter ear drops that after insurance costs approximately $300 and would not be available for 2 days. I had to return to the office to ask for another medication as the NP would not answer the pharmacist call. She then called in another random prescription that was not in stock. The pharmacist had to call the clinic once again in an attempt to inform her of the most commonly and in stock medication used for swimmers ear to which she finally prescribed. Incompetence at the highest level!!!

I decided to go to CHOA (the best ER!), and their doctors said his left ear was CLEARLY infected and his right ear seemed to be in the beginning stages. I received a teeth cleaning and wanted to find out why I was having some tooth pain. Through X-rays and examination, Dr. Alex said I had a couple of cavities and I would need a crown. I was afraid I would need a root canal, but Dr. Alex assured me that if I didn't need one, he would recommend that I have one. They filled my cavities, setup my temporary crown, and I came back a couple of weeks later for the permanent crown. They were able to numb me sufficiently for three cavity fillings and the crown. I tend to be hard to numb. Dr. Alex kept to his word and I didn't need a root canal. Two days before my dental cleaning, my mother had passed away. The office manager, Melissa, knew about it and brought me a small boutique of flowers at my teeth cleaning appointment. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. Customer service oriented and excellent dental care.
