Teachers are often rude and unresponsive and there is no accountability. Also at many times I have found the teachers to be wrong or contradict themselves a lot, there is also no accountability for this either.

On one occasion I actually was in the waiting room and called their line just to see what would happen. The employee at the front desk simply looked at the phone and then ignored it. I asked "are you going to get that?" They responded with, "that's not really our policy and I don't have the time." So unprofessional honestly.

All 58 credits transferred with no problem. The teachers were really great and fully engaged and willing to help in any way that they could. It's a great atmosphere and you are able to ask questions without judgment.
