They do not concern themselves with filling vacant properties. I believe this place is laundering money or engaging in tax fraud because they DO NOT ACT LIKE ANY NORMAL BUSINESS. These people have a stranglehold on a lot of properties that are empty and available. Vacant properties lose money, so tell me how a qualified applicant is ignored and given excuses instead of being streamlined into a binding lease agreement? They need to be investigated and put out of business.
