These people are never in the office, the whole operation is a barely functioning experiment in chaos and I strongly believe they are screening people based on some hidden metric. money doesn't matter to them. They do not concern themselves with filling vacant properties. I believe this place is laundering money or engaging in tax fraud because they DO NOT ACT LIKE ANY NORMAL BUSINESS. These people have a stranglehold on a lot of properties that are empty and available. Vacant properties lose money, so tell me how a qualified applicant is ignored and given excuses instead of being streamlined into a binding lease agreement? I inquired about 3 different properties they manage and never received any communication as to when I could look at either place. Also the check that I rendered with my application was never cashed. We hired Sandra to manage our airBnB. She was chronically unresponsive. When she did communicate it was often through garbled texts that didn't seem to answer our concerns. Her accounting method remains a mystery even to us who have extensive experience in accounting. We would recommend you go elsewhere for services. There are several stellar real estate agents in Mt. extremely poor customer service and shady business practices. i wouldn't come to this place and feel safe with them having access to my bank information, they over drafted my account by 1100 dollars and took 2 and a half weeks to return the money , shady people , horrible properties, unfriendly. when a resident gives more than 35 days notice there should be no reason to "draft" the account for a full months rent. read more

Do NOT hire Elite Real Estate Group to manage your property or sell your property. We live in the Bay Area and own a 3 bedroom house in Lake Shastina Community in Weed, CA. It has been a rental property. Elite has been managing the property for us. In May 2017, we decided to put the house on the market. Since Elite has been managing the property, for convenience reason, we decided to let Sandra Haugen, the owner of Elite Real Estate Group to sell our property as the listing agent. A month later, the tenant moved out. After that, we put in new carpet and had the interior walls and the exterior of the house painted. Six months later, the property did not sell. I called some other top selling real estate agents in the area and found out that on the MLS, Sandra has listed the property was occupied by tenant the whole time it was on MLS even though the tenant moved out five months earlier. Also, she put on the MLS that there was no lockbox for other realtors to access the property. These misleading MLS issues, I am sure, played an important part on why the property did not sell even though it was very well priced. To present accurate information on the MLS is the most basic thing a realtor should do. Also, it often takes her several days to get back to us when we call her or email her. We, now, have decided to put the house back on the rental market and switched to another property management company to manage it. The new property management company did an inspection on the house and found the house in very dirty condition, and it would cost us $395 to have it cleaned. I've seen the photos they took. Elite did not inform us about how dirty the house was, and we gave the previous tenant all the deposits back. I talked to many Realtors and friends in the area, and they all told me that Sandra Haugen had a bad reputation. So, do your homework and spend some time to find a good property management company or realtors. read more

We ask that reviewers have a direct customer relationship with the businesses that they review and, when it comes to real estate, that usually just means reviewing your own realtor. As a result, we went ahead and removed your review based on your description of their role in the transaction. So, Elite Real Estate CONTINUES to commit fraud? by falsely reporting to YELP that I did not have direct experience with the purchase of the home that they sold to me? This is the third time I am posting the below review! What do I need to do? Post pics of documents??? BOTH THE SELLING AGENT AND THE PURCHASING AGENT WORKED AT THIS OFFICE. BOTH ARE RESPONSIBLE!!! HORRIFIC! I purchased a home listed by Elite owner Sandra, and sold by another agent also working out of this office in 2016. What a disaster! I have been told by an attorney that I have grounds to sue both realtors and previous owner for non disclosure and fraud. It's a wonder the house has not burned to the ground due to the electrical problems alone, Black mold everywhere, agent lied to me saying that all problems on home inspection would be rectified. Water shutoff at house was nowhere to be found. Agent failed proper representation of me on numerous issues, one by not obtaining correct home warranty that I specifically requested, then when I needed to use the HWPolicy because the refrigerator leaked water all over the floor and didn't make ice cubes, I don't have the policy I requested that covers everything. Agents response was, "seller was difficult to deal with." I said, "Aren't you legally obligated to alert me?" Agent wouldn't answer me. I continue to discover additional, costly problems with this house. I don't know how these two sleep at night. Furthermore, I purchased this house during a time when I truly needed my agent and everyone else involved to help me by doing their jobs properly. I needed to rely on people to do the right thing because I was at a particularly low spot. My aged mother had committed suicide, my father passed shortly after. I was dealing with all that AND purchasing a home from a long distance away. It would have really helped for people to simply do their jobs with integrity. read more

My family has been renting from Elite for nearly 3 years now, and I couldn't imagine going back to a different property manager. Every time there is an issue Sandra and Leeann do a great job of responding and correcting the issue. I have friends that rent from them as well and this past Christmas there stove went out and Sandra was able to get someone out there on Christmas Day to fix the stove top. I don't know of any property manager that would even answer their phone on Christmas let alone be able to dispatch someone to help solve a problem. read more

Sandra lacks integrity. Material facts in my real estate purchase were purposely hidden leaving me with a large home repair bill when the purchase was complete. Rather than work with me to resolve the issues, Sandra deflected and twisted the simple facts. I am not stupid! Since Sandra is the owner/broker, I suggest the entire company lacks integrity. Elite needs to re acquaint themselves with the CA Department of Real Estate - 'Laws of Agency'. Deceptive real estate practices are punishable under law. My wife and I are in our seventies and over the years have bought and sold several homes. A realtor, Sandra Haugen, recently (December) helped us sell our house on a river in California. It had been on the market during the terrible northern California fire season and we despaired that it would sell in a timely manner. We were delighted to receive a reasonable offer and then dismayed to discover that the buyer had extensive demands, changing the elements of the offer sometimes daily. Through a topsy-turvy six-week process Sandra repeatedly encouraged us and stayed in the thick of the complicated negotiations to deliver a successful close of escrow. She also repeatedly went way beyond the call of duty providing critical help with estate sale and home clean-up.
