One thing that is a large downfall to this office is their phone system. They only have two lines so if they are being used by other patients for appointments then you just get a busy signal vs a waiting line or answering service.

I have had the opportunity to use her for 2 very different issues. I had a hyperstrained muscle in my back which radiated through my chest and it felt like a heart problem. Even a trip to the emergency room yielded no positive results. In my appointment with Dr Cruz, she located the source of the pain, and gave me an injection into the problem muscle. It immediately relaxed and the entirety of the pain and discomfort were gone within 10 minutes total. A miracle in my mind. My second issue was 2 years later as I was experiencing pain with what is normally associated with sciatica caused by lower back issues. After 2 1/2 months of therapy from a chiropractor in which things were only getting worse, I made an appointment with Dr Cruz. She located the source of the pain. She developed a non-surgical treatment plan which involved a non-invasive radio frequency procedure. One treatment and I felt all pain disappear. Another miracle in my opinion. Dr Cruz is a wonderful doctor. She is cordial and professional, and she listens intently while you explain what you see as the source of your pain. She also speaks fluent spanish which is a big plus if you communicate best using spanish.
