His prices are generally great, and he guarantees the things he sells. If you are borrowing money, you'll get better loan terms and better service here than virtually any other pawn shop for 50 miles in any direction. There's a reason the place is always busy. They let me know if the warehouse did not have it in stock, the battery would have to be built. In addition, they would not install the battery if and when it showed up.
