This ice cream was soooo delicious. We passed this creamery on our way into Laconia just before…read morethey were closing. It was a rainy evening, but we were in the mood for ice cream! We did a quick Yelp check and are sooo glad we stopped! They had quite the variety of homemade ice flavors. They had GF sugar cones AND gluten free wafer cones! The sugar cone was fantastic! The portion sizes were extremely generous! My small cone looked and felt like a large cone in my belly! I didn't want to eat the whole thing, but it was so creamy and delicious that I could not stop eating it! We will definitely visit this ice cream shop again when we return to the area in the future! PS. Service was also super friendly! Despite the rain, it was a very enjoyable experience!

We love Jordan's Ice Cream!…read more The service is quick and they seem well staffed. The prices seemed a little bit high, but for what you get people may think it's worth it! They give a good amount of ice cream too! They have lots of flavors to choose from and you can also get some shakes and other stuff listed on the menu. You order outside! They aren't any indoor seating options. It was raining when we came, but they had a covered area where you order. The ice cream is really good! It seems to have a lot of carrageenan? It just seems pretty sticky/thick! I would come back here!

There are a variety of ice cream options to choose from and three of the four in my group chose to get flights. I love when places offer flights of things! This flight was four 2oz souffle cups placed in a nice wooden board with a handle; easy for carrying. It also came with the reasonable price tag of $6. The girl working got herself a little confused scooping the flavors on the three different flights so they didn't come out quite right. Also, we were given no directive as to which flavors were which. Both of the aforementioned could be remedied with a simple, small piece of paper with 1 - 4 listing each flavor left to right. This did make the ice cream tasting more interesting trying to figure out exactly what we got. We think one of the flavors wasn't one any of us ordered. I seemed to get all the correct flavors. I tried the blubarb (strawberry rhubarb), checkerberry (wintergreen), Jamaican nutmeg and shakin' bacon. Three of the four flavors I have never seen elsewhere and I've tried a LOT of ice cream places. All of the flavors were decently creamy and tasted good with my top two being the Jamaican nutmeg and checkerberry. The checkerberry was nice and refreshing and would be great as a palate cleanser in between courses. The Jamaican nutmeg had a good amount of real nutmeg flavor and reminded me of winter time. Everyone else in my group enjoyed most of their flavors... There were two, which we're not sure which ones they were, that they were on the fence about. But, as they say, different strokes for different folks. If you're an ice cream lover, an adventurous eater or just looking for a sweet, cool treat, get yourself to Richardson Farm in Boscawen for their homemade ice cream!

They take part in the yearly maple event in the early spring where maple is demonstrated how it is acquired and collected. The shop is small and in the back you can find the collection tubes and lines where maple is collected during season. They have parking and offer a portapotty outside by the parking lot. They sell touristic items and local items. They had maple in stock, I was able to get dark maple! My favorite for coffees and teas. For a treat, I ordered the Dessert for breakfast which is served at the 12pm. This shop also opens earlier to offer cafe items like pastries, sandwiches and coffees. My treat had toppings of honey crunch cereal, maple drizzle, maple ice cream and the cone was a waffle puff. It was pretty and SWEET! Very large and my partner and I shared it! He ordered a small maple cone, and it was also very tall and enough for the two of us! I do aim to try to attend the maple season collection tour in the early spring! Will stop by again for the cafe items next trip!

The ice cream shop is located outside and inside is a small gift shop with some offerings such as NH maple syrups, candies, and gifts. They also offer some drinks and sandwiches and pastries. I decided to get a small ice-cream with waffle cone and my partner got the breakfast for desert. I was surprised how big the small maple soft serve was. Maple soft serve was sweet and creamy with full of maple flavor. The breakfast for desert is a pufflecone (bubble waffle shaped into cone) with maple soft serve, cinnamon toast crunch and drizzle of maple syrup. Cinnamon toast crunch adds a crunchy texture on too of sweet and creamy soft serve. The pufflecone paired well with the soft serve. The deserts were delightful and we were stuffed and maybe slightly guilty for having so much desert. I probably have been ok with sharing one small maple soft serve with two people. Service was quick, good and staff were nice. Overall I enjoyed the visit and would return if I'm around the area. We were too stuffed to try their sandwich but I may try it next time I visit. There were some interesting maple themed sandwiches

This small ice cream shop is on a farm and they use their own milk to make their ice creams. There a variety of outdoor seating options such as Adirondack chairs, a swinging bench and picnic tables. There's also a play ground and a goat feeding area. The service was friendly. For scoops, you can get a cone (they only offer waffle cones that they make in house for $1), waffle bowl or a dish. They also offer shakes, sundaes and floats. The prices are kind of high; $9 for three scoops and $1 for a cone plus tax. But, the ice cream is really creamy, flavorful and loaded with chunks, which I like. My friend got a pistachio ice cream and it was LOADED with CRUNCHY salted pistachios... I've never had an ice cream in which the pistachios were crunchy! I wished I had ordered that after I saw hers come out. I got three scoops: campfire delight (s'mores), mocha chip and peanut butter Oreo. I wanted to get the blueberry crumble, but it sold out two customers ahead of me. The campfire delight had a bunch of mini marshmallows and decent size chocolate chunks. The mocha chip had a good coffee chocolate flavor and a nice amount of large chocolate chunks, not merely chips. The peanut butter Oreo had a rich peanut butter flavor. The setting was also great to relax & enjoy our frozen delights! If I lived there it would be a special occasion treat because of the price; since I visit NH about once a year, I will go to Milltuck every time!

In any event, they have a large selection. I didn't see the list of ice cream flavors they had on offer but that area was manned and there are some tables in there to enjoy on site.
