The woman said there was a $250 fee by the DMV for being late on an insurance policy so she could add $35 to my renewal (Kind of sounded weird at the time. $35 and the state will forget the law) I later found out the $250 fee only applies when Im uninsured fo 30+ days... I've been doing business with Freeway Insurance for much longer than I should have. You get what you pay for. Im going to find another insurer ASAP. I dont even care about the money. I'll pay. more to another carrier, I just wont pay Freeway. AVOID THIS PLACE.
