Ineptitude at its finest. My doctor sent two prescriptions first thing this morning (around 9:30 am). It's 3:06 pm and they STILL don't have one of them ready. They claim they never received it from the doctor. I drove back to the doctor's office and got a hard copy only to have the doctor show me the confirmation that BOTH were sent this morning. I came back to Sisters Drug and handed the copy directly to them. After waiting in line yet again, the lady behind the counter tells me "they still haven't sent it in." Ummm...I handed it directly to you a few minutes ago!! For the love of Pete?! I know they're busy with a lot going on but how inept are they? You don't remember me handing up a piece of paper literally moments ago?! I asked if they could please rush it as I was supposed to start taking them this morning. I was told it would be at least 30+ minutes. I asked to speak with the pharmacist, a manager, someone who could actually assist me. The pharmacist comes to the counter and says he can put it to the front of the line & the receptionist says it already is. I ask, "the front of the line is still going to be 30+ minutes?" What a joke of an organization. If I had any other choice I'd run there now. Unfortunately, I don't have the means to drive to Redmond or Bend. SISTERS DRUG IS SUBPAR AT BEST. This Yelp listing makes me so sad. The photos are from pre-lockdown times when Sisters Drug was a lovely gift shop as well as a pharmacy. Clearly they don't have the resources nowadays to comment on mean reviews or to modernize their computer system. I am so grateful that they are still in business if only a shadow of what they once were. They are the only pharmacy left in town and they TRY. I have driven the 20 miles to the next closest pharmacy and had the same experience there that Andie C had in Sisters, except that I was left with the choice of driving 40 miles home and back or hanging out in another town with nothing to do but wait for the pharmacists to catch up. read more

Nicest people and really sweet town. We were out here on a marriage retreat in camp Sherman when we had to run to the urgent care in Redmond because of a severe eye infection I got. I was sick as ever and the pain was unbearable so I just kept my eyes closed most of the time. We tried to get eye drops from Walgreens but after 3 days of it not getting better but instead actually worse, we decided to go ahead and go to the urgent care. I had an abrasion in my cornea so we had to get some steroid drops for my eye from the pharmacy here so there wouldn't be any infection. Thankfully my eye is all better now and I can thank the pharmacists at Rays for being so nice & caring. read more

I would have completely passed this gem of a store if it wasn't for my fellow yelpers. The name does this place no justice. It's an old-school pharmacy with a huge selection of specialty and gift items. It's much larger inside than it appears on the outside. We were able to secure a few gifts for our friends. This place is great for finding the perfect gift for any event. Christmas time is great as they have many trees decorated throughout the store although they start decorating very early- October/November. This is one HUGE downside. You can find anything to typical drugstore items to Christmas decorations, jams, jellies, spices, kitchen gadgets, clothing, wine and more! The woman in the spices and kitchen area was exceptionally helpful during my last visit. I had been a customer for approximately 6 years until today. I tried to explain a situation i was having with the manger. One word description, Belligerent. It was quite clear to me no matter what I said she was sticking by here staff right or wrong. I had her move my medications over to Bi-Mart. read more

Cute cute cute stuff here... always totally themed out for the holidays.. they have a candy counter with a limited amount of yummy treats, some specialty Dips and dressings and they usually have a few out to sample and I like that.. they have neat little kitchen doodads . Sisters Drug is incredible. They have a staff that truly cares and go the extra mile. I appreciate thin greatly.

What a cute little store. Friendly staff, great bargains. Exactly what you would expect in a little town. Lots of great gifts that were reasonable. They did have a pharmacy and several aisles of what one would expect to find. Pharmacy prices seemed reasonable. I would stop here again on my way through town. read more

This place is very cute with a great selection of holiday decor and items. They are expensive compared to the rest of the options out there, but I'm happy to pay it and support a small local business, however their staff is constantly slow, confused, and I have been checked out with the wrong total every time I've shopped here. I recently was buying a Christmas village item that was marked down as it was a "retired" item and they of course forgot to give me the discount. When I let the woman checking me out know, she was rude, argumentative, and as usual, extremely slow. I really think the staff here needs more training on customer service. read more

My review is two parts: Sisters Drug & the gift and other merchandise. Rarely have I felt so truly cared for at a business as I do by their pharmacy staff, especially Jenny. They seem to remember little facts about myself, my family & our pets, that make the drugs we get that much more effective and safe. They also have researched prices for me in the past. Recently, I had a terrible cough and Jenny/pharmacist came out on the floor to give me a quick lesson in cough medicine that made a 90% difference in my cough within hours. I highly-recommend Sisters Drug for their caring service, knowledge & competitive pricing. Also, they can order in any supplement that they don't stock & get it in ONE day usually. Part 2: The "gift" doesn't even begin to cover their huge selection of purses, cooking paraphernalia, gourmet food stuffs, cards, bodycare, unique gifts and more. Their displays are beautiful and merchandise always-changing. Their staff is truly helpful -- whether just selling you one chocolate or more expensive items. It is one of the most diverse stores in Sisters with great service & selection. read more
