Upon entering, you seat yourself, a friendly waitress takes your drink order then its on you to lay back your ears and dive in the buffet. Next nifty quirk are the buffet plates: Real glass, y'all! Plenty of places claim to have soul food but how many of them serve up food on proper plates with proper utensils?! As you can see from my plate, all the bases are covered and you won't leave hungry.
