A line for this place grows very suddenly and very quickly. When a lot of orders are put in, it takes a long time for yours to come out. And there's a 25% chance it will be the wrong one (as we witnessed). They also forgot to include my soda, but when I came back to ask about it, they upgraded the size of my drink and offered me a free ice cream cone to make amends, so I can't be mad about that. Staff is friendly but pretty casual. Seems pretty much like a bunch of kids working here trying to make some spending money. read more

i went to dairy queen today at this location, i told the boy i wanted a new York cheese cake blizzard, he rang me up and cashed me out. i looked at my recipe while standing waiting for it and saw he rang me up for the wrong thing. i politely told the young lady there that i order the new york cheese cake not the oreo cheese cake, she then rolled her eyes told the boy come here and he said "she said the oreo cheese cake" and the young lady said "that's what i thought to but what ever " then she brought me my other blizzard and said "here i did what i could" they both were very ignorant, young man didn't have any manner no smile nothing. i will not be back! read more

I bought some blizzards and a smoothie on my way home from Raleigh to Raeford at this restaurant in Dunn, NC. Once I received my order and the young lady closed the window I drove home. I later realized she had failed to give back my debit card. I called the store and was informed they have my card in the office so I drove an hour to go get it back. When I arrived and asked for my card I expected an apology but instead I was treated to attitude and an explanation about how this was all my fault. Not the kind of customer service I am familiar with at DQ. Ridiculous. read more
