I went to world nails today with my daughter and granddaughters to get our nails done for my sons…read morewedding. First of all, I wanted my nails an almond shape and they could barely get hem to that shape and they all lined different. My daughters nails were the same and misshapen and then had toy come back to the house and file them. Her toes chipped immediately and had to be repainted while we were still there and then she had to repaint a few of them when she got home. We had to ask for top coat for our toes and ask to have our cuticles trimmed for the manicure and it was extra although we paid for a manicure....so confusing. They told me I couldn't use my credit card and had to go next door and get money out of the ATM. I spent $400 and it was not worth it!!! Do not use this place.

Worst manicure ever…read more I was concerned with the nail tech's overly aggressive clipping technique. Not even 5 minutes into the manicure, she ripped through my flesh. She was overly apologetic but the damage was done. What upset me the most was the fact that I was still expected to pay full price and the guy who spoke the best English tried to downplay my injury. "It's not that bad." Offset my physical pain by offering to take something off the bill. He rather tried to convince me that I was getting a great deal (2 pedicures and a manicure for $90). Instead of pitching a fit, I paid the fee and tipped $10. I would have easily tipped more than twice as much. It's the norm in Vegas. They refused to take care of me, so I left the crumbs as customary. The sweetest payback is writing this accurate review, tipping poorly and never returning to GiGi's Nails. Hey GiGi's, do better! Your costumers deserve better.
