However, we were disappointed that despite a confirmed 11:00 a.m. setup time, they showed up nearly two hours late. When the venue contacted them, the delivery team claimed they had a drop off window and not a hard time. The delay seriously disrupted the wedding timeline--forcing rushed setup, delaying the caterer, and causing our florist to miss another event. The owner admitted the miscommunication was an internal issue and offered to send additional bodies to assist in set up. This was discussed with the venue and not the point of contact personnel provided for the day so it was not replayed as an option to other vendors. Afterwards, the owner offered us a future credit and a small reimbursement for the inconvenience. I am revising my initial review to include the accountability taken.

He was very professional, informative, prompt and greeted me with a wonderful smile. His partner explained the contract to me and it was very easy to read and understand. The T-Rex inflatable was very clean and I loved that they sanitized the inflatable as well. It was a super fast set up and also fast taking it down.
