Like some others have said, Sit Stay came highly recommended. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. First of all, they would not let us see where our pups would be kept. That should have been a red flag. They promised to send us pictures and updates, but we received nothing, even after an email requesting an update. Finally, when we picked the dogs up, they were filthy. It looked like they had been rolling in mud. I know some people (and their dogs) love the place. We did not. read more

Not impressed! Came highly recommended. The person receiving our young puppy didn't know she was coming, took 2 phone calls and 2 texts to get any communication regarding her first night at the kennel. At pick up we were given no feedback as to how the stay was and they lost our leash. Puppy also had diarrhea, did she have it the entire stay? My dog, Ollie, LOVES Sit Stay. How do I know, since he cannot speak for himself? Well it's obvious in how he acts. When I drop him off, he can't wait to get out of the car. When I pick him up, he is dirty from playing all day and he doesn't want to get back in the car. As we pull out of the driveway, he is sitting upright on his seat, staring out the window with a sad look on his face. Every time we leave I have to say, "Don't worry. We'll be back soon." He comes home exhausted and then just poops out, which is great for all of us after a long day. Heather and everyone who works there are so wonderful and caring. We use Sit Stay for the daycare and also when we go away for periods of time and we know he is always in great hands. Heather is very responsive over text and I never worry about anything. read more
