James and Daniel came to do the work, they were neat, quiet, respectful of their language which is rare these days. I've had no issues with any of the work done by On Site, and James even reached out about 2 months later to find out if we have had ANY issues from our master remote to the automation controller/ thermostat. If I built another home, On Site would be my first call for any alarm or media / smart home needs.
