After placing our brand new tv on a new stand, we knew we had a problem when we saw the stand sink ever so slightly. We had to mount the tv, and do it fast. I looked on Yelp and requested a few quotes and within minutes Neville replied. His pricing pricing was very reasonable, and he was available that same day. Within a few hours Neville and his team arrived, exactly when he said they would. Not only were they polite and professional, they also showed up with their own booties to place over their shoes, which they put on before entering my home. They also wore masks the whole time and maintained appropriate distance. Can I just say how much I appreciated that? They did an amazing job installing our 85 inch tv and concealing the wires. They recommended installation on 2 studs rather than 1 (where I originally thought the tv should be placed), and they offered LED lights for the back of the tv for a small extra charge. They actually had to come out to my home twice - once to dismount a TV that didn't meet expectations. They were supposed to install a new TV that day but upon unboxing, found that the TV was broken. They boxed it back up for me, left the apartment tidy, and didn't even charge me for the dismount. They also pointed out that the original mount job (done by Samsung's "experts") was done terribly and that the first TV almost certainly would have fallen off the wall. They came out the day my 3rd and final TV arrived - I literally texted and within hours, Neville and Steven were there! They did a tremendous job - the TV mount is so stable you could use it as a pull up bar! In-wall wiring and LED backlights were added. They cleaned everything up, helped me push my furniture back into place, and were friendly and courteous the whole way through. The price was also very reasonable for the results. I'll start by saying that Neville came highly recommended by a great friend of mine back in March. We talked about hiding my existing Bose home 5 speakers, 1 sub with wires hanging all over the place, a true nightmare. During our walk around the family room, he noticed that i had a Sonos 5 and asked if i would consider getting a Sonos arc and the reason why he suggested that system , and that was all it took to know that i had the right guy. Fast forward to November because of Covid, i was finally able to have Nev and his team come and install my new 65" Samsung and Sonos arc with some amazing surround sound Sonos speakers. Him and his team's work is phenomenal, they came in at the time they said they would, all three had on disposable feet coverings and masks . They knew exactly what they were doing, never made an unnecessary hole anywhere. They removed the old Bose wiring and TV. Neville arrived within 24 hour of my contacting Primo to schedule the appointment. He showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and immediately set about investigating the infrared issues I'd been experiencing for the past few weeks.
