The job was never completed, parts of the lighting were left tangled around wiring, and their ladder remained at my house for weeks. I repeatedly called, texted, and emailed Anthony trying to get the work finished and received little to no communication. Anthony did respond once, but after promising to return the following week, he stopped responding again and I've never heard from him. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly before posting a review. Unfortunately, the project was left unfinished and communication was extremely poor. The ladder is still left in my yard after months and cords and project not completed.

This last time two guys showed up in the AM and then left without doing any work or saying anything to me; then, I got a text from Chris (Owner) the next day informing me the guys scheduled for my project got tied up on a repair for another client. Not only is this highly unprofessional, but WOW. After finally getting them to do the work, I check to see if my new lights are working, and they aren't. Text the owner again, asking what's going on, and he tells me he will be by in the AM to fix the issue. Chris shows up and can't figure out the problem. I have to replace a switch myself that his crew damaged. Save yourself time and money, and don't let the 5-star reviews fool you.

I ordered my chandelier on 11-15-13 and requested to see if it could be rushed (I was excited I wanted it ASAP) we were given a delivery date of 1-24-14. On 1-8-14 my vendor called to verify that everything was going to be on time and was told by Santangelo that yes everything is on schedule. Then on 1/20/14 when we didn't have any shipping information the vendor calls again and now we are informed that it will be another two weeks. I as the customer said that was completely unacceptable, if they needed more time they should have known that on 1/8. My chandelier did arrive on 1/31/14 a week later than promised however then length was 5" to short and one candle was completely bent. THE COMPANY TRIED TO SAY THAT IT HAPPENED DURING SHIPPING BUT IT TOOK A 200# MANS FULL BODY WEIGHT TO GET IT STRAIGHT!!! I paid over a $1000 to be told to wait and called a liar. (Just so you know Santangelo most ceilings these days are not 8' feet send more hooks!)
