I just finished my 2nd project with System Pavers, and again I am so happy with the results. This time they did my entire backyard, and it is gorgeous. System Pavers are problem solvers: fixing erosion, drainage, slope, and awkward step height were all drawn into the plan, and it turned out exactly as described. System pavers has very nice people that are willing to help you throughout every step of the process. However I have to say that where things fall off is them as a company. They have 1-2 month lead time for materials, and if you put a deposit down for a project you can't get it back after 3 days. So if something comes up during the 1-2 month of waiting, you can cancel your project, but you won't get your deposit back. On top of that, the communication was nonexistent. For almost 2 months no one reached out regarding the status of the project, what else I needed to do, or just do a simple customer follow up. With the amount of money that you pay for a project, I feel like a little communication would be the least that you could ask for. read more

Our paver patio build journey started back in October with another company from Thumbtack, which resulted in an utterly disastrous and unusable final product. We spent the next several weeks ripping out and hauling off their mistakes, while trying to find a more reputable company to basically build back up from scratch. After half a dozen more calls, visits, and quotes later, System Pavers came into the picture with a vision that was utmost appealing to us. System Pavers sent out a sales consultant for the initial meet up, as usual. His quote was the 2nd highest we received from the lot, which was beyond our comfort level, but we ultimately decided to bite the bullet and hire them, because of their 25 year warranty and the fact that they are a nationally recognized company. We've already sunk in a considerable amount of time and money into this project, so it was vital to us that there would be absolutely no mistakes the second time around. With System Pavers being the most reputable company that we could find, our choice in hiring them was a no-brainer. At the time of writing this review, System Pavers hasn't started the build yet. The project fell into a limbo due to a miscalculation made by the sales consultant, which would require a major change to the plans and significantly raising the cost of the build. Despite of this issue, I'm actually writing this to commend Rafael, our project manager, and his efforts in correcting this issue. He was able to negotiate the best possible outcome on our behalf with the sales team, essentially rendering the miscalculation a nonissue. All in all, I would highly recommend hiring System Pavers to anyone for any paver project needs. Just save yourself the headache and hire a company that will stand behind their reputation and product. I will update this review with pictures once the project has been completed. read more

After multiple attempts to redo our backyard patio with different people and contractors and running into issue after issue, we finally decided to call System Pavers to see if they could bring the patio we originally envisioned when we purchased our home to life. After our past experiences, we were nervous, but we chose to move forward... and I truly wish we had called them so much sooner. They were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our Design Consultant, Chris, was phenomenal. We told him our vision, and he walked us through every step with patience and clarity. He helped design the project and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. Our Project Manager, Reese, was AMAZING. He listened to all of our concerns and fears, especially after the problems we'd had with previous contractors. He reassured us that we were in good hands and he meant it. He never missed a call, always checked in, and made sure everything was taken care of. His crew was just as impressive. Once the project was finished, you wouldn't have even known they were ever there, except for the fact that we finally had the patio of our dreams. System Pavers exceeded every expectation. Their warranty is outstanding, and while nothing in life is perfect, I have no doubt that if anything ever comes up, they will stand by it. But right now? It's pretty dang perfect. I've had an excellent experience with System Pavers so far. I didn't have much knowledge about pavers, but I knew that I couldn't down the route of replacing our wood deck with wood once again or with composite. Ando from System Pavers came out to the house and talked me through the product offerings and the design possibilities, and came back with a visual representation and a quote. After that, we went back and forth quite a bit while we played out different aesthetic possibilities. He was always responsive and friendly. Next we were handed off to Rafael, who continued the pattern of excellent customer service. He walked me through the project and what our needs would be to ensure a great design with adequate drainage that fit into the limitations of our space. I had been looking to replace a 60 year old driveway that was very cracked. Saw a post on instagram that System Pavers was running a promo that would haul off my old driveway which I knew was a large chunk of what the cost would be. I emailed for an appointment and Mike came out the next day. He explained the process and pricing which was in the range I expected, so I paid to get in line. They started about a week later (which was pretty exciting). I dealt with three guys during the process, all of whom had stellar communications. I was texted or called at every step and was shown what was going on. This was all good. Now here is the great part... ANYBODY who has done any kind of home project knows that you are possibly sharing space with different subs or either sloppy workmanship or a giant mess around your house. There was NONE of this. There weren't errant cigarette butts or Whataburger bags strewn around. All of the tools and materials were neat at the end of the day. The end of the job was the most amazing part. The area around the driveway was almost like nothing had happened. There was maybe a dirt clod or two near the edges and yes there was dust BUT do you know what it would look like if I had done concrete? The quality of work and laborers were completely pro. System pavers transformed our backyard. For 24 years, when we looked out the back door we'd see our home's 1968 cement patio. Cracked, discolored, old. We were worried the pavers would not go well with the house's brick, but were surprised by the huge number of choices System Paver showed us. Robert, the manager and designer, came up with a very attractive and practical way of covering ground that grass has never grown on. He and Rafael, the construction manager, were meticulous about drainage. We had always struggled with standing water and mosquitoes, but they created a system that drains completely regardless of how much rain we get. Every person who worked here was hardworking, respectful and positive - from the managers to the crew who gave 100% digging, putting in pipes and pavers.... I recommend System Pavers.
