You can tell they adjust their approach to each individual child based on that child's demeanor at the same time keeping all of the children engaged and entertained. We were made aware of the on-premise entertainment, pool and beach side, as the team was approaching parents and informing them of the day and weekends events. I wish front desk had told us about The Entertainers when we checked in, we would have partaken in more of the free activities with our 3yo throughout our stay. We took part in bubbles and face painting activities. Our experience with the team was so pleasant, that once we found out they offered baby sitting services we were a bit disappointed we were not made aware sooner at check in. We would have used the baby sitting services for one of our nights. On our next trip back to PR we will definitely consider the services.

I like that it is located in Galeria de Suchville which has several good restaurants and is nearby San Patricio Plaza. This makes it a convenient place and not out of the way when we want to see a movie or have dinner. Prices are reasonable and they are open until midnight on Friday and Saturday. The final drop off times are 8pm on weekdays and 9pm on Friday and Saturday. Definitely a nice service to consider.

We explicitly told the coordinators, Amanda and Lynn Rivera (the Executive Director), that we needed a sitter who could read books to our children in English. They sent Ms. Ninoshka who was a kind lady who brought toys, but she could not speak the language. We could not safely leave our children with someone we could not communicate with in an emergency. The biggest red flag was the agency's refusal to show us a background check. When I asked for proof of vetting, Lynn completely evaded the question and just kept claiming the sitter was a school nurse, which is not the same thing. Even Ms. Ninoshka told us that Ms. Lynn has done this same thing in the past. When I tried to resolve this on the phone, Lynn was dismissive and abruptly called the sitter to make her leave rather than addressing our valid safety concerns. Because of this last minute cancellation we were unable to go on our evening plans and lost money on our prepaid reservations. It was a hostile, unprofessional experience that felt incredibly risky, and I would never recommend this agency to another parent.
